We had a lovely stay, the vila was cozy and beautifuly decorated. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was equipped with all neccessities. The vila is located 10' (max) from the city centre (by car), in a quiet suburban area. I appreciated the fact that we had a parking spot inside the yard as well, free of charge.
Breakfast was very nice, with a variety of options. We appreciated the fresh orange juice and the variery of brioches, as well as the freshly made cappucinos :)

An excellent breakfast served outdoors in a beautiful garden setting. Silvia even offered us the option of eggs in place of, and in addition to the traditional croissants/cereal/yogurt. Freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee any way desired. And bikes were a nice surprise. Charming while still rustic room exceeded all our expectations.

Everything!!!!!!!!!! We were greeted and picked up at the airport by the hostess/owner. We were having some difficulties booking/confirming upcoming travel plans and when our hostess learned of this, she took them on and resolved all of these issues. We had a superb 2-night stay, thanks to her boundless guest satisfaction determination. Bravo!!!
The only thing my wife and I didn't like was that we could not stay longer. We were booked for a Mediterranean cruise leaving the following day.

Great location — easy to reach by car, with free parking available. You stay in a separate guest house: the host’s large home is right next door, but you don’t disturb each other at all — it really feels like you have the place to yourself. All amenities are there, with a stylish, if somewhat distinctive, interior. There’s a separate dining area on the lawn by the house (table, chairs, lanterns) — a lovely touch. Free tea and coffee, plus a minibar at reasonable prices. A pizzeria nearby — cheap and tasty. Breakfast was served either at the host’s home or on the terrace — delicious and warm. The host welcomed us in person, and everything felt very hospitable.
