Super location.
A walk to the lift to get off mountain.

Location is great. The walk up and down the hill is scenic and a great exercise. Also lit at night. But it took us a while to find the right path. Front desk had no idea. That path gets you to the Mirabell Palace. If you like to walk and are going back late you don't need to take the elevator that might be closed for the day.
The hotel is not near any cafes. So to get coffee or tea you could only buy it from their machine. Hot water cost 3 Euros. Another guest told us we could get a kettle for the room. The kettle they brought me was all plastic. I didn't use it.

Beautiful! So quiet.
I didn’t mind it but I know some people would dislike the amount of steps between the hotel and town. I noticed a lot of people seemed to have rental cars. There is an elevator 8 minute walk away but it costs to use.
