- the views from the triple room was great (L shaped windows)
- it was very near Zaandam station
- shopping areas just downstairs
- location is in between the windmills and Amsterdam city (buses to Zaans Schans and Volendam runs every 30 mins and trains to Central was very often)
- clean and comfortable beds, clean towels
Would have loved at least a kettle or microwave to heat up some drinking water

Location accessibility, surrounding venues and amenities, clean and comfortable stay. Friendly and accessable hotel staff.
Shower water flow and heat, an issue with an intermittend flow of hot and cold water, not condusive to a good shower experience. One of the pillow case smelled of milldew, it was cleaned but smelled. Noisy neigbours from above.

The location was great. It was clean and easy to find
Tea and coffee facilities or even just a kettle. A controllable room temperature, hand towels. Room size.
