Gostamos do quarto, bem espaçoso, cama grande e confortável. Tínhamos varanda e foi ótimo ver a cidade logo pela manhã. Não temos o que reclamar da limpeza, estava tudo dentro do esperado. Gostaria de agradecer à recepção que nos deixou guardar a mala enquanto esperávamos o horário do check-in.

The staff were amazing. The location was perfect from everything
Not being able to retrieve my key from the front desk. I believe that my being able to pay taxes or extras, providing my documents and then being asked to go to a lockbox could be managed better.

The reception and cleaning staff were all extremely friendly and polite. There was a space were you could leave your luggage the days of travelling while the room was not available, which was really convenient. The check in process was great as we had a late flight.
The location is not bad, but in case you do not have a vehicle of your own you would either have to walk quite a lot, cram in a bus or get a cab every day. The room was okay but not as clean as I expected.
