Die Unterkunft war sauber, hell, gemütlich und hatte eigentlich alles was man gebrauchen kann.
Großes aber ist leider der Lärm. Egal ob die Fenster geschlossen oder offen waren ich bin alle 2 Stunden spätestens von einem extrem lauten Güterzug aus dem Schlaf gerissen worden. Aus dem selben Grund hat es auch ewig gedauert bis man endlich einschläft. Die Lage ist zwar wirklich fantastisch aber wenn man direkt neben den Gleisen baut, sollte man auf sehr viel besser isolierte Fenster achten.

good location, near the main train station. it's also a station for bus and tram, so it's easy to go anywhere. there's also a laundry area. quite and comfortable
there are no double lock on the room door so please coordinate properly with the caretaker (maintenance guy). he accidentally opened the door twice on me as he thought the room has no occupant. first was i was only in my underwear and the second time i was in a meeting.
and when i first arrived, the toilet still has 'poop' stains on it.

Zimmer klein und fein, schöne Aussicht wenn man Züge mag, nicht zu laut, Abendsonne im Zimmer, moderne Einrichtung, genug Stauraum - praktisch wenn man länger da ist
Küche nicht wirklich zum Kochen geeignet, es fehlen Töpfe und weitere Küchenutensilien. Schade, wenn man mit einer Küche im Zimmer rechnet. Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher haben funktioniert und für die wichtigsten Sachen ausreichend.

Well located in the proximity of the central Graz station. The building is fairy new ann all rooms fitted with a small kitchen and individual bathroom.
It is relative quite provided you have a room on the 4th floor or above ad long you are not facing the railway lines.
Value for money is not actually great considered the small size of the rooms and that there is no cleaning service provided.
Staff is non existent and all the communication is either via email or phone but do not expect a quick or friendly answer if you need to call.
Access to rooms is via electronic key oads which are left in combination key pads but often there are not working so you did not have access to your room.
Some other guests had the habit to smoke (which is strictly firbidden) and abandon empty cans in the balcony of the common area.
