Stressful and traumatizing.

The location was beautiful. The apartment was nicely set up, very cute.

The apartment was infested with roaches. The apartment smelled very bad when initially walking in, due to the harboring of roaches. I tried to snap multiple pictures and videos, but I was more concerned about killing the roaches before they got away. I found hatched roach eggs behind the table stand next to the fridge. Also baby roaches crawling around throughout the apartment as well. Roaches were also embedded within the pages in the information binder sitting on the table stand next to the fridge. I was trying to find out where to dispose of trash after taken out of the apartment, there was no note or signage giving that information. The activity closet was a mess, allowing it to be a perfect location for roaches to harbor. We would see them crawl in and out of both closets; water heater closet especially. This made the entire stay very stressful and uncomfortable. Guest services had terrible communication in an untimely fashion, waiting an entire day to respond during working hours, to not responding at all the following day after. The gate key card did not work the entire time we stayed on the property. So it was difficult getting access back into the property; waiting to tailgate another car into the gate onto the property. The TV would not convert over to my Roku streaming device. I was highly disappointed staying with Vacasa this time around. Our first stay with Vacasa in Hilton head was lovely. This one not so much.

RELAXING!!!!!

Clean, comfortable, The bed was so comfortable !!!! quite peaceful. loved it all!!!!!

The sofa was miserable uncomfortable.

Do NOT Recommend!

The location & the Savannah Racquet Club staff/management are nice.

The room was filthy. There were roaches, black mold on the bathroom ceiling, the bedroom walls have black feet prints on the walls, the towels were stained, broken tiles on the floor that pinch, the floors are dirty & will quickly turn your feet black, & the HVAC filter hasn't been changed in years. Each time I complained, the VACASA staff said they would keep in contact with me to resolve the issues & they do NOT reach back out & nothing was resolved.

It was a very fun trip! Would stay again.

Steps away from the beach! Couldn’t have been in a better location. Was only a two-three minute drive from all the restaurants and shops on the island. There were even some restaurants and shops within walking distance!

The bed could have been a bit comfier. And I wish the bedroom would have had natural lighting. But the biggest thing was the check in and out process. I wasn’t provided with the 4 digit code to get the key out of the lock box, so I had to call customer service both times in order to get the key. Overall, check in and check out was quite confusing.

Hard at times but made the best out of our first family vacation.

Had a great easy trip to the beach, and tybean coffee shop and many other great treats on the island. Carlos C was the most helpful when we found out when we were getting relocated and also another rep for vacasa over Georgia properties was very nice and did her best, it seemed that the company bound her hands.

The box code for key access was not given to us, difficult getting ahold of a worker for vacasa. The room wasn’t clean, the shower would not drain, and when the water backed up it had things floating in it. The front right burner on the stove would shock you. Pool could’ve used cleaning and maintenance. BUGS as in roaches. We had to leave and get relocated 4hrs away to myrtle beach in a somewhat undesirable location. They could not relocate us on the island and a refund would take 3-5 business days. So we had no other choice but to drive 4hrs with a one yr old.

It was quiet, comfy and relaxing.

It was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of towels. The air worked wonderful and the bed was super comfortable. It was well furnished.

comfort of home with the upgrades of a resort.. pooll, beach and island .

location was perfect for my stay . thanks to your staff keeping up with me on if I needed anything excellent help actually stayed on phone help me get into condo . walked me through how to get keys and into door . place a little run down but was comfortable for what I needed . definitely would stay again

I liked the pool area and the proximity to the boardwalk and beach. There were beach towels available and plenty of bath towels. The staff of Vacasa were pretty helpful when I ran into problems.

The code to get the key from the lockbox was incorrect, so at 1am, I needed to call to get in. I also saw 3 cockroaches, so any idea of cooking in the kitchen went out the window. The unit needs a little love (very rusted range hood and outdoor ceiling fan plus stained bedspreads). I would have also liked to know that there were so many jellyfish that swimming in the ocean at this beach is very difficult. The Orange Crush fest of 50,000 students that first weekend was something that would have been good to know. I will never come down that weekend again. Until they left, it was loud and nervewracking.

Perfect get away for much needed R&R!

The location was amazing. Quiet, comfy. It was nice know you were in a secured area. The bed was super comfy. Just a couple of minutes from the beach and the pool was great!

Bathroom was small. Initially, a parking pass was not left out for us so we had to make a few calls to find out where they were located.

over all it was a great stay

we loved the set up, it was clean and spacious. Only a couple seconds from the beach.

we had such a short stay. since check in was after 4 we would have liked to stay at least till 12:00pm

Directions of how to enter premises

No ladder for bunk beds, bugs that look like roachs just bugger that they knew about. Stains on curtains, pillows,carpet. Dust on walls, refrigerator, lights and vents. Vents and microwave dirty. Standing water in shower. Several lights not working outside and several tiles broken throughout apt. Only stayed 3 hours or less and left and even after pictures of safety concerns and bug were sent, they still didn't give refund.

quite l, relaxing, sitting on the balcony and sipping coffee was the best part.

bed was a little uncomfortable, needed some updating. I really don’t have anything that I didn’t like about the property. I am definitely coming back next year.

Tybee beach condo

Overall really nice place. Very well stocked. Grounds clean.

Pool was not heated, its October. Mattress could be newer. That was really on issue I had.

Loved it didn’t like pool patrol

Very nice and close to the beach

Signs say NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY but there were 3 “locals” I’m assuming QUICK to lay down the “you can’t do that” law. My 10 year old son was ahead of me from the beach to the pool and as he tried to enter he was stopped and told he couldn’t come in without an adult.. I was literally walking around the corner from the shower. Then as I’m waiting on my husband with our beach things at the pool gate I’m being gawked at like what am I doing? Asked a bunch of questions, I literally had to say twice that my son can go on in, I’m waiting right here for my husband. I could see the pool and everything. No big deal but that was the only thing I didn’t like. Made me feel awkward and like I wasn’t welcome there.

Hope they got the electric problems fixed before renting the property again!!

Location..property management was Great!

Got there to no hot water!! Electrical panel Box burnt while we were there! I have pictures!! They said they had no other unit to put us! We turned off power except for air conditioner and remained there that night, left the next morning cutting trip short!!

It. Was. Terrible.

Location was not with an ocean view. No breakfast. Horrible dirty rooms. No one ever came to clean it. Liked nothing about it.

Room was never cleaned. Soiled baby diapers in the trash. Dirty towels feom previous guests all over the floor. Trash everywhere on floor and over flowing. Good on the floor. Bathroom tub faucet was broke and laying on ground leaving pipe exposed in tub and it constantly leaked. Bath tub would not drain. All linens on beds were dirty and unwashed from previous guests and no one EVER came to clean our room. We were supposed to check in at 4. Told it would be 5:30 before our room was clean. Then it went to 6:30. Then we were promised by 8:30. Called back at 9:30 and informed us it would not get cleaned. We were stuck without anywhere to stay with kids. Worst book of service I’ve ever used and will not use again. Total for the room for one night was $430. What a joke! The room wouldn’t have been worth $200. Pictures are not up to date. Paint peeling from walls. Pictures are very misleading.
