The house was clean and neat upon arrival and we were able to enter early which was amazing! Neighborhood was close to everything, ample parking. Outside could use more shade but overall we had an amazing time! The house had everything we needed plus more! We'll be back!

Property was as advertised. Good location and very clean. Easy to get to beach. restaurants, shopping, etc. Nice for large groups as each bedroom had bathroom and plenty of space. Good pool.

We had a great time during our stay at A Wave from It All. The house is kept well and had plenty of room for our group of 18 which included 4 children. The staff at diamond gulf is extremely accommodating and checked on us throughout the week. Will highly recommend to others.

A Wave From It All was the perfect location for a family/friend get away on my wife’s birthday.

This house was perfect for our yearly family vacation. Beautiful home, great location, host team is fantastic at communicating, pool was perfect, golf cart in great working condition, ac really worked great. No problems whatsoever and house exactly as advertised

The home is well taken care of and lovely. It's also in a great location with easy access to activities, food, and anything else you may need. A group of 10 of us stayed there for Christmas (grandparents, kids, aunt, parents). Unfortunately, it was during a freeze that dropped the temps down to 40 degrees. This is where the challenges presented themselves. We entered a home set to 69 and 72 degrees respectively and while that works on a normal FL day, during a freeze it felt more like 50 degrees and we couldn't increase the heat on our own. We also had no hot water because the tank had froze. Once we were able to reach the management company to address the issues we were able to get comfortable in the home.
Make sure to bring your own toilet paper because none is provided in any of the bathrooms. Also be sure to bring cleaning supplies and trash bags as you will be responsible for emptying all trash (and rolling bins to curb) and wiping down everything (including the fridge) before leaving. There's essentially a long list of requirements for you as visitors with threats of being charged for every little thing.
And while we chalked much of this up as part of the experience and even excused the lack of heat during the freeze, they can't seem to offer the same for us related to the payment for heating a pool that we couldn't use during the stay. The weather made it impossible to use the pool (heat wouldn't come on at those low temps and it wasn't clean) for the first two days of our stay. With only one day to really enjoy, we asked them not to do anything to heat or clean the pool during our stay and instead refund the payment. Two weeks later and I still have not received payment or confirmation a payment is even coming.
Overall, our family truly enjoyed staying in the home and if you're looking for a spot it's a great one. Just know that they care more about the home then about the people staying there.

We had a wonderful stay here! The pool area was beautiful and well lit with twinkly lights and colorful lighting in the pool. The kids absolutely loved it! Beds were super comfy. The bunk room on the 3rd floor was amazing and the kids loved it!

The house was perfect for our group. We had stayed in this house three years ago with this same group. The layout is just what we needed. The management company was very easy to communicate with and did all they could to help with all of our issues. It is a great location.
However, there were roaches everywhere...and I do mean everywhere...counters, floors, refrigerator. It was very disgusting and our group was not happy about it. But, the management company knew about our concerns because I communicated with them daily. Pest Control did come in during our stay. We bought and used our own roach spray....that is how bad it was. There is no way that the cleaning people who cleaned before we got there did not see any roaches in that kitchen area. They were everywhere. It is my guess that they just did not want to deal with it. We had to move out the refrigerator to retrieve a ball and there were so many dead and living roaches behind it and under the drawer to the oven....that space hasn't been cleaned in years....it was gross.
Our other concern was the pool. It was green the entire time we were there. The pool service people came and did what they needed to do. The pool service people told us that they needed permission from the owners to change the salt cell and that would have taken care of the problem. I do not know what this is or how expensive it is to replace, but for what we paid, it should not have been an issue to get it replaced. We had to stay out of the pool each time it was serviced, so that was a huge bummer for the kids.

Our multigenerational group of 12 had a wonderful visit. Enough sleeping and bathroom space for everyone. Pool was cool. 8 minute walk to the beach was no lie!!

The house was beautiful and a great distance from the beach, a golf cart would have been nice but certainly not necessary (we chose not to rent one, just fyi to travelers). Every room was clean and came with plenty of towels. Other than that the stay was great and the hosts reached out frequently!

Above all cleanliness is most important to me and every inch of this place was impeccably clean. Ample beds to accommodate us and all the towels and toiletries we needed. We heated the pool and were able to hang outside in the cool weather. The only thing we thought it could be improved on were having outdoor cushions for the furniture.

Absolutely loved this home. This was our 3rd trip to this area for our son's 8th birthday, and this home tops it all. The memories that were able to made will stay with me and I am so happy and thankful. Home was neat, safe, and easy access To EVERYTHING. Also, the communication and understanding was on another level, so we definitely appreciate that. Location of the house was great short walk to the beach. The house itself was nice but it has it pros and cons. The size of the house fit our whole family of 18 people with plenty of room. The private pool was very nice and each room has its own king size bed and person bathroom. Beds where decent but the pillows was pretty BAD. Each shower squeak when you shower and move around so that was pretty annoying. Also the price per day that we were charge for during peak season I would have think the outdoor patio and seating would be nice for us to sit and hang out at. Bench table was old and can't be used and some of the chairs were not useable. The pool alarm button was pretty annoying too that you have to press it every single time. Also, the smoke detectors kept malfunctioning by itself so that was very annoying. Especially the morning before our check out it went off non stop starting at 6AM while everyone is sleeping. WE were not happy and that was not the first time it malfunctioned by itself. Overall house was decent and great location but it could have been better.

Stayed during Labor Day weekend for our annual family beach vacation. This house accommodated everyone perfectly. Loved the fact that each room had its own full bathroom since we had 3 families coming together. The pool area in the back was a good setup. Enough parking for 6 vehicles and the walk to the beach was exactly a 7 min walk as they said. We rented golf carts, but not through who was recommended with the house as they didn't rent nightly only by the week( our stay was 4 nights) and that didn't work for us. The only con for me is that the walls are paper thin. If you sleep in the 2nd floor room with the balcony, you will hear every time someone flushed the toilet or take a shower on the 3rd floor because it will sound like the water is just running down behind the wall behind the bed. Also, the pool guy comes every Saturday to clean, we wasn't aware of that but it was no problem. I love the constant communication through text messages with Diamond vacation rentals. Just know you will enjoy your stay here.

The home was great! Diamond Gulf members checked on us a couple of times during the trip. They also kept us informed on any schedule servicing of the home. My parents and grandkids all had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back!

This home was beautiful and worked so well for our four families, totaling 19 people. The pool was bigger than a lot of the other residents that we looked at. The home was well equipped and clean. With all rentals, there is some upkeep that could be done (like some scuffs on the base trim) but overall it was very clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect fit for our group. The pool was a great gathering spot for us and the beach was within walking distance. We enjoyed time at Pompana Joe's, they have great Happy hour specials. The kitchen had everything you needed. They could use new frying pans. We'd for sure stay here again.

We along with 4 other families stayed at "A Wave From It All". We had a wonderful stay and the house was great! Close walk to the beach and plenty of places to eat within golf cart ride distance. We didn't need anything from the host throughout our stay but they were always prompt in getting back to me with questions leading up to arrival. House was ready a little early which was also great! The only "issue" we had which was minor is the bathtubs didn't seem like the were supported correctly and we thought we were going to break them. Also, the alarm on the pool door! Understand it is necessary, and we eventually got used to it but it was a hassle with the amount of people going in and out constantly. Thanks again for a great stay!

We loved the house and location. Everyone loved that everything was close by especially when we rented a golf cart to travel all down the scenic route. The beach was a 2-3 min golf cart ride. Drove every morning to look at the ocean waves and drink coffee. The only thing is the washer/ dryer it would be great if it got updated. The dryer took a long time, other than that it was a great stay. Thanks again Diamond!!
