Such a cozy and comfortable place to stay in Alishan. After a long day exploring in the rain, it was absolutely perfect to come back to a hot bath, make some warm tea and relax under the heated blanket. It felt incredibly cozy and was exactly what I needed. The location was also very convenient for exploring the area.
Nothing in particular – I really enjoyed my stay.

Despite previous negative reviews of this hotel, I found quite a few positive aspects of the place:
Location - next to steps to the main village parking lot
Hot shower comes on very quickly
Slept relatively well
Young Front desk gentleman was very courteous
Very Good quality toilet paper
Reasonable checkout time
Probably wouldn’t get a ground floor room again, had to take out several bugs. Don’t think wifi was available, though phone coverage was solid

Good location, the blanket was nice and warm.
This place looks like it hasn't been updated since the 1980s. I also came back to my room after a walk to find a dead baby cockroach, despite being on the 4th floor. It's also ridiculously overpriced because they know that you have no other options.
All in all, for one night its doable, but don't have high expectations.
