Nestled in Carpinteria, this lovely condo for $370 per night is a great choice for your next break. Beautiful newly remodeled 2nd floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with brand new modern furnishings and amenities throughout. This recently renovated complex (2018) is half a block from the nicest beaches of Carpinteria and directly across from the Salt Marsh Reserve. Super quiet location, 200 yards from the sand, and walking distance to the shops and restaurants. This unit was recently furnished with high-quality contemporary leather and walnut furniture and contemporary art decor. Carpinteria is one of the last standing little beach towns in California, essentially unchanged in over 50 years. The city is limited in growth based by its physical boarders, making the entire town only about 1 mile square. Dozens of smaller mom and pop restaurants and cute beachy shops. Its a town where you young children can walk or bicycle safely, visiting old favorite shops like Robitelle's Candy shop and The Spot burger joint. Then there's the beach! Protected by the Anacapa Island chain, Carpinteria is known as the World's Safest Beach. Your dogs will love it too, as the beach from our street (Ash Avenue) Northward, dogs are allowed with leashes. (If allowing dogs off-leash...be aware that the police occasionally ticket off-leash dogs and the ticket is expensive. We're located about 10 miles from world renown Santa Barbara, and 15 miles from the city of Ventura. Camarillo Outlet Mall is located 30 miles to the South. Northward you find dozens of wineries, Solvang, and all directions have dozens of great golf courses. Whether you're interested in shopping, dining, kayaking, whale watching, golfing, or just relaxing on the beach, Carpinteria vacation will become a fond memory that you and your family will yearn to repeat year after year. All of Carpinteria is easily walked in about an hour. Amtrak stops many times each day for fast easy trip to Santa Barbara and points beyond.

Second time staying in the building. The apartments are well equipment, clean and I love the landscaping. The garden smell wonderful and everything is very clean and welcoming. It's home away from home!

This place has such a great location and the apartment had everything we needed. Parking can be a little busy during the day on weekends, but that’s because it’s such a great location. Elena was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place and we will certainly be back!

The hostess was not particularly warm to us. I wish we were warned about the tram just outside the window, which went at 7am each morning and affected our jet lagged sleep.

Our unit was exactly as we hoped it would be. It was clean, well equipped, and beautifully decorated. The distance to the beach was great!

This property is a newly remodeled apartment. We stayed upstairs in unit 14. It was quiet, clean and airy. Very nicely decorated with, as far as I could tell, everything new. The beds were excellent (firm) and the the place felt like home. It is close to the beach and close to old town Carpenteria. Many great places to eat and see in Carpenteria. This is a family owned apartment building with a very long history and an obvious passion for clean and convenient family style apartments. The history of the Apartments and this family is inspiring. They had an early vision for this property that is being fulfilled. I recommend it without reservation, and will stay again when I am in the area.

Great location literally one block from the gorgeous beach. Very comfortable unit and quiet building. We had a couple issues with a dysfunctional door lock but Elena’s was extremely responsive to any requests. Laundry facility is not in- unit but there is one available in the building. Great stay!

This was by far the best vacation rental experience we have had. The place was spotless and beautiful. The location was perfect, literally 100 yards from the beach. Parking on the street was easy. The neighborhood was safe and clean. Carpinteria is a perfect small town with great amenities. We will stay here again for sure.

This was a beautiful apartment in a great location in Carpinteria. Booking and communication were easy. Everything was so comfortable and access to the beach was excellent. Everything in Carpinteria is easily walkable from here as well. Would definitely stay here again!

We drove down from Monterey to bring daughter to UCSB. It was nice to stay in a low key laid back area. No rush and no long waits for anything in town. The nicest people in California I think live here in this small peaceful beach town. Just two blocks to beach. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Will keep this place and town in mind for future trips.

Very clean and updated - both the unit we stayed in and the entire building and grounds. Very easy access to beach (2 minute walk) and longer walk or quick drive to several restaurants in Carpenteria. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.
