About this apartment rental
Enjoy the emerald Gulf white sand beaches, Ocean View! This luxury 3 bedrooms 2 bath condo is 1,350sq ft and located in the building D. You have 1 parking spot reserved. We are located inside Alerio, close to The Commons Outdoor Mall, and surrounded by the best restaurants and beach-side bars, there is plenty to do for everyone! Jacuzzi, pool, guest area and just a few steps from the public access to the beach!

Clean room. No wash cloths in condo. Bedroom ceiling could not be on without the light being on so I could not sleep with the ceiling fan on. The view was great.

Location was great! Just like a 4 minute walk away from the beach. The street it is on has sidewalk to go out on walks or runs. It is a busy street with morning runners/walkers. About 25-30 min drive to harbor walk. The rooms/bathrooms were clean, enough towels provided. The only thing is that the wifi was not working properly but other than that it was a great stay! I would recommend.

The location was great a simple crossing the street to the beach. The condo was comfortable and the balcony had a nice view. The pool gets a bit crowded during the day. It would be nice if the condo had beach towels to offer and some more silverware would be great. Overall we had a great time. We did rent umbrellas and chairs from a rental place and that was great to not have to set up anything. And we did use the extra chairs that the condo offered for the teenagers.
