Staff was very accomodating when I asked the silliest questions like where is the reception area. đ they attended to my requests and the room is great. We didnât expect that it will be that big. Everything was clean that my son was able to crawl around the place. There are 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms. We donât need to wait for the other person to finish. I wasnât able to take a picture because my hands are full. The place really looks nice outside and inside

The location being close to the Monash Hospital where I had surgery the next day
It wasnât clean, the pillows were like not having one at all. The dishes were still in dishwasher and make up smears on light switches and walls. Also rubbish under the bathroom counter.
