Wohlfühlurlaub

Wir haben uns über 3 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hauses mit den 4 Appartements ist optimal im Vorort Punta Brava. Wir haben in der obersten Etage die Aussicht auf Ocean und Teide und die Dachterrasse genossen. Die Fenster sind ganz neu, die Geräumigkeit in den beiden Etagen ist super . Sitzgelegenheiten und Bett sehr bequem. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was zum tgl. Bedarf nötig ist. Für den Strand hatten wir zusätzliches Badetuch. Anfangs gab es Probleme mit dem Internetempfang, was vom Vermieter aber sehr zügig und engagiert perfekt geregelt wurde. Überhaupt sind die Beiden sehr freundlich. Wir würden dort wieder buchen.

die Dachterasse, die Lage, die Zuvorkommenheit der Gastgeber, es war ein rundum absolut perfekter Urlaub! ich habe meinen Aufenthalt komplett genießen können, vielen lieben Dank!

Insuperable

The Mar apartment is spectacular and the host, Mo, is very attentive and friendly. All the windows of the apartment overlook the sea and it is a relaxing sound, not disturbing at all to sleep, in my opinion. It has been a pleasure to spend these days there. We hope to come back someday.

Superb

Peter, the landlord was really nice and kind person and speaks really good English. He explained me about all the convenient and cheap facilities around my accommodation, like supermarkets, restaurants etc. The quarter was really nice and not so noisy.

Not for my nose

+ close to nice beach + nice fish restaurants in the neighborhood

- As soon äs you open the front door a smokey odor reaches your nose (in my case leading to rinitis problems). The apartment is probably best suited for persons used to tobacco smoke.

Where to begin! What a lovely, peaceful place to stay. Great roof terrace and 2 mins from the sea. The host was exceptional too. I will be back

Superb

A wonderful little apartment with an outstanding location and relaxing sound of the ocean waves for a good night's sleep. The apartment had everything we needed and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

Pleasant

We liked the location,close to the seaside. Nice a restaurants. There is so many shops around which was easy for us to do some shopping.

In this apartment is not washing machine and problem was to watching TV channels english most of was Spanish and German language.A part of this apartment everything was fine .

Apartment with a beautiful view and location!

Great view from the whole apartment, few meters from the shore! The only way to get closer to the ocean would be to stay on a boat. The apartment is close (walking distance) to several markets, coffee shops and restaurants. The nearby (2 min walk) sand beach is beautiful. The host is kind and helpful. He also speaks English really well, unlike other people you'll meet around here.

Very nice and good value for money. Friendly and helpfull host.

Great location. Nice walk into town. Food and shopping within walking distance.

The property has only basic equipment but its clean and in good order. No washing machine.

Superb

Excellent location in the old fishermens village, Punta Brava, a quarters walking distance along the beach frontline to center of Puerto de la Cruz. Situated between the sea and the cozy town square, with several good seafood restaurants around the corner. Nice, clean 2p appartement with all basic amenities, large common rooftop terrace, overlooking the square and beautiful view of Teide peak when clear skies.

Proximity to the sea meant that some nights the noise from huge Arlantic waves disturbed our sleep - bring good earplugs!

Great location in a lovely part of Tenerife, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas.

Location was excellent in Punta Brava, right beside the sea and Playa Jardin Beach. Accomodation was comfortable.

Everything was up to our expectations, nice host, neighborhood and everything we needed nearby.

The location, not in the center but near, friendly neighbourhood and excellent restaurants and minimarket nearby. Excellent wi-fi.

The bed and the linnen could have been better.

Lovely apartment in a fabulous location

Great location in a very spanish district with lots of restaurants and cafes. Our apartment was really comfortable and the building has a huge sun terrace on the roof. Peter was very friendly and flexible for our arrival which was changed due to flight changes.

It would have been more practical to have a few more items of cutlery and crockery.

Disappointed stay

Location was good. Peter was helpful.

Insects crawling all over kitchen surfaces (like small cockroaches). Only 2 tiny thin towels each for a week. Parking was sometimes difficult. The kitchen wasn't well equipped. The decor was very dated. The windows leaked very badly when it rained (which it did - a lot). The rat running past us in the Marlin Restaurant put us off the area.

Superb apartment

I loved everything about this apartment - the cleanliness, the facilities, and the location. Excellent wifi. Lovely roof top terrace. Excellent restaurants nearby. Shops nearby for provisions. Close to beach. 10 minute walk to bus station.

There was nothing to dislike about Casa Maria.
