Nestled in Long Beach, this attractive resort for $263 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This unit is in Tower 1 on the 8th floor If this unit is already booked for the dates you'd like to have, please visit our twin units in the same building. https://www.vrbo.com/3775261 & https://www.vrbo.com/2214079 We welcome you to come and enjoy our often updated unit on the 8th floor at the fantastic Majestic Beach Resort. This is a family friendly resort with a minimum age of 25 for the responsible person so you can enjoy a nice relaxing stay. This unit features a fully appliance well stocked stainless steel kitchen with granite countertops, in-unit washer and dryer, sleeps 8 comfortably (6 private + 2 on pull out sofa with queen mattress). The dining room seats 6 with 4 more at the side counter so everyone can enjoy eating together. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a full view of the Gulf opening up to your own 27 foot balcony. The master bath features a double vanity, soaking tub, stand up shower, and private commode. The second bedroom also has a king bed and plenty of storage. The second bed also has direct access to the second bath, making it feel like another master suite. The third bedroom has a full bed with its own flat screen TV perfect for adults, teens, or younger children (no bunks). The large living room has a jumbo flat screen TV, and opens to the private balcony looking directly onto the beach with no obstructions so you can enjoy every sunset. This unit features plank and tile flooring with fun soothing colors throughout. The unit and balcony are smoke free so you can enjoy the fresh air at every turn, we were so inspired we even nicknamed the property SaltAir. Majestic Beach Resort has something for everyone. There’s the famous white sand beaches with beach chair and umbrella rentals on site; 5 pools including 2 indoor heated pools, 1 kiddie pool with fountain, 1 covered shadepool, and 1 large full outdoor pool with a waterfall; 3 hot tubs; a poolside bar and grill with full service lunch and dinner; an on-site market featuring Starbucks, pizza, ice cream, a breakfast & lunch menu, pre-packaged snacks, drinks, and beach supplies so you never need to leave the resort if you don’t want to; there’s a parking garage with an air conditioned walkway so no need to worry about street traffic. Additionally there is a game room with pool table, ping pong and more, a fitness center the size of a local gym; 125 seat movie theater; arcade & game room; a hard surface tennis court so bring your favorite racquet. All this is on-site, but you can also enjoy area restaurants, bars, and more only a short walk away in the Shoppes at Edgewater plaza; and you’re only a short drive and moments from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining center, there’s every local water sport you can imagine; and we’re only 25 minutes from the airport.

We loved the place. There were a few minor cosmetic things, but overall a great place to stay.

We had a great time staying here. Our kids range from 4-7 and they had a great time in the 2 indoor pools and hot tubs. The beach is so easy and close too which is nice when you’re running kids back and forth to the bathroom. The condo was beautiful. They’d thought of lots of little details which made staying easy. Plenty of washer and dishwasher pods, any appliance/kitchen item we needed, and lots of games and puzzles. The blackout curtains even had my kids sleeping till 8! Ana was very responsive and helpful when I had a question. Would rent again.

Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Beds and furniture were nice and comfortable, and the outdoor chairs/table were awesome (much time was spent on the balcony). Great communication with the owners who responded quickly to any questions. Lovely place, hope to book again! Loved it all!

The communication was awesome. The master bed sheets were mildewed and didn't realize until bedtime. Just keep in mind this is a very large property and a lot of walking. They do offer extra parking across the street for small cost. Overall, having my grandson and elderly mother, I will probably seek different location next year.

Very nice condo! Everything you could possibly want or need. Easy access to the beach and the pools and hot tubs were very clean and accessible. Felt very safe, as always, someone was always there to help. The bar/grill right beside the pools were amazing! Our family will definitely return to this condo!

We had the best time! This condo was perfect! The location, beds, it had all the items we needed for the week and was super clean! Check in was a little confusing at first but security was super helpful and we had no issues. Would definitely stay here again!!

There is extensive water damage in the hall bath, decayed baseboards, and an overwhelming smell of mold and mildew. The upholstered furniture was filthy, and every metal surface in the unit was covered in rust. The four adults in the unit were forced to share one bathroom for the entire week. The owner stopped by to review the damage and disrepair, reimbursed us for the cost of blankets to cover the furniture, but did not offer reimbursement for the loss of one bathroom for the week.

A very good location! Great amenities! The food an drinks at the resort were really good! Condo was close to the elevator which made getting around easy. Comfortable beds, great shower pressure! Spectacular view! Enjoyed our stay very much!

The property manager was great and communication was amazing. Access to enter was easy and nice location. The only issue was the cleanliness of one of the bathrooms. It had a lot of mold and we did send photos and attempted to clean but the mold was so bad we couldn’t get the area clean. We ended up only utilizing one bathroom due to this issue which caused some issues. Thankfully we were only staying Friday-Sunday so we made it work. Communication regarding the cleanliness was made and discussed with the owner so hopefully this won’t be a further issue for future guests.

I walked in looked at the view and cried bc it was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked, it had everything you would need to cook most meals. The location was great and getting in and out of the property was so much better than other condos we’ve stayed at. The security was top notch too. We loved seeing security guards walking the property checking for blue bands and enforcing rules (pool rules mostly). The kids played with the games and the adults spent the evenings on the balcony. Sometimes the highway traffic would get loud enough for us to hear in the front bedrooms but it was spring break so noise was expected. Everyone was so tired it never kept the kids or my mom awake. 10/10 would recommend. We’re planning to try and book next year too.

This property was even better than the listing! the rooms were clean, the furniture is comfy and the view is amazing!
The elevator is right outside the front door, so that is convenient. It was noisy at times but only for those in the front bedrooms and it really wasn't very much. The beach was never very busy so we always had our pick of a good spot! parking and unloading was a cinch! For it being "peak spring break" during our stay, I would say we couldn't tell at all! We would definitely choose this place again.

My friends and I rented this condo for a Bachelorette weekend in PCB (I promise we weren't a rowdy bunch) and it was absolutely perfect and super affordable for a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. Very clean and loved how everything was labeled. :)

I’m so glad we stayed here! Very clean, great communication with our host. Great location. We walked to Pink Pelican ice cream (def recommend). Several restaurants within walking distance. Super easy access to the beach. Somewhere we ready reviews that the elevators were slow and crowded. That def wasn’t the case for us. Plus the room is right off one set of elevators so that was nice. Very nice that there was a stock of beach supplies that others had left behind. If you go on the Sea Screamer (another def recommend) it stops in front of the condo. So that was kinda of cool too. The way from the car is a little far but it’s not a big deal. Especially if your kids are a little older. All in all, great choice

Once you navigate getting to the room it is a great stay and relaxing vacation. The condo is great for a small group with young kids. The owner is extremely helpful and communication was phenomenal!!
The beach access is amazing and if you want to be closest to the water you need to ensure you setup early or you will have limited choices on space for your family. The other challenge is not setting up where the rental companies claim stake on the beach.
