Situated in Wells, this lovely house for $425 per night is a great choice for your next break. This private 1,646 sqft, one floor home with a finished basement is on 1/2 acre of land, has easy access, only three steps with lots of grab bars. Features, two full bathrooms, one with jetted tub and the other a walk-in shower, a full kitchen including a dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, coffee maker, Air fryer, pots (lobster pot) pans, dishes, silverware, gasses, a back deck with gas grill with grilling tools, 3 season porch, a laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience. A large living room with a TV. The basement has a desk area, a table for playing games, a TV, DVD, Roku with an extra HDMI cable, and AV cables for gaming on the TV in the basement. The house sleeps eight comfortably. The 1st floor has three bedrooms, 2 with queen-sized beds, and one with a double bed. The basement is set up as a playroom room and is transformed into a sleeping area at night with a queen sleeper sofa. The main floor has a kitchen, dining, two bathrooms, and a living room. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. The house is in a quiet wooded neighborhood, only a 1/2 mile walk to Moody Beach. Mini golf with go-cart track, surf/bike rental shop, Dunkin, cafe, and The Shoreline explorer Trolly ( http://www.shorelineexplorer.com ) goes everywhere between York and Lower Village, Kennebunk and is great for getting around, and there's a stop at Ne'r Beach motel, a 5-minute walk from the house. We have three security cameras, one located on the garage's exterior looking at the driveway . One in the backyard at the corner of the house. And a doorbell. These cameras are for security purposes only! These are the only cameras in use and are always on.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was perfect for going to the beach and also close to Rt. 1 if you wanted to venture out. The house fit our family perfectly. Beds were comfy, showers were great, and the Roku TV was a bonus. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and we hope to rent this place in the future.

What a fantastic family vacation. Was able spend time family and friends. Beautiful improvements to the kitchen. I keep forgetting the amenities that are available to use, it’s nice to have. Looking forward to next year.

Loved the house except it wasn’t vacuumed and the kitchen floor wasn’t washed. The shower was moldy in the tub jets as was the shower curtain. The sheets were stained and had what looked like paint chips on them. Did the price i pay for cleaning id expect it to be done. I will stay there again,.the overall trip/home was nice

This house fit us very well, perfect size for us the neighbor hood is very nice and quiet only draw back is it is to long of a walk to the beach with kids however a short drive.Would definitely be interested in returning, great time.recommend to all.

This is a nice property in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from the public beach. The rental was well stocked and living space was comfortable. There is a nice private backyard with fire pit and grill. Ogunquit is a gem (even with the horrible traffic).

Home was as described.; clean, maintained and equipped. Close proximity to Beach, Restaurants and other activities. Very quiet neighborhood with about 8-10 minute walk to beach. Very nice stay …thank you!

I highly recommend staying at the Bluebird House. The neighborhood is quiet with nature trees. It is so close to the estuary and ocean-great for walks each day. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable. There are window units for air conditioning that work very well, as does the unit in the LR. The basement is not air conditioned. We ate on the porch each morning and the seat on the deck was very comfy for reading. Kevin was very responsive when we had a question, and he was so thoughtful to email us with an alert for the beach. We loved the photo, flag, and bar commemorating Bob! This is a great place to stay for a family!
