Property manager Miss Kity is extremely helpful.
I suggest to have a washing machine in the suites.

Very cozy unit boasting an amazingly large sized studio apartment. Bathroom was rather basic but had all basic necessities including water heater.
Ms. Fritzie, the staff member helping us, was greatly accommodating and very helpful. I felt very comfortable in the area and actually do miss the scenic views from the unit.
The apartment was spotless clean and quiet just as I like it. Hope to return to the unit in the future if I happen to stay in the same area.

located next to Da Men mall. Easy to shop and have meals. Also walking distance to LRT station.

The interior is nice and clean. Comfortable for a small family to stay.
When i checked in, the garbage bin in the toilet was not emptied - maybe from the previous customer. No towel was provided. Microwave was smelly and not clean. The teabags were not served properly, not hygienic to drink. The agents were not trained properly - eventhough i have already asked for clarification 2 times, both agents failed to explain in details about the parking fee rate until I have to pay extra fee for the parking ticket which left me felt cheated. Facilities provided inside the room are just too basic, can be improved better.
