A very simple and functioning place to stay surrounded with many amenities.

It was clean and comfortable but a lot of the utilities issues turned the experience to meh.

There were a few facilities that are long overdue for maintenance… for example, the aircond in both rooms were barely functional… even when we turn the ac down to 16…. We were still sweating and the room was almost humid Another complain was the water pressure in the toilet… it was slow and inconsistent…. Once one person use the toilet flushes it, the next person cannot use the flush because its not filling up quickly enough

DO NOT STAY here if you need rest

irresponsible and dismissive host I booked this apartment for 12–15 February because it was listed as being near Sunway Medical Hospital, clearly marketed to attract families visiting the hospital. I even informed the host in advance that a patient would be staying with us. On the very first night (12 Feb), from around 10:00 PM until 3:00–4:00 AM, there was extremely loud construction noise — heavy drilling and vibrations so strong that the ceiling was shaking. This made it impossible to sleep. I was staying with my two aunts and my father, who is a cancer patient in town for his chemotherapy cycle. Proper rest is critical for his treatment and recovery. I immediately messaged the host. He said he would contact management, but never followed up. Because the noise did not stop, my sick father had to go down from the 18th floor late at night to speak to the security guard. The guard told us the construction was approved by management and would not stop. I messaged the host again — there was no solution and eventually no reply at all. The noise continued throughout the night. Even during the day, the host did not respond. The only message we received later was about an electricity outage and a vague offer to change rooms if the noise persisted — which is completely unreasonable when the noise had already made the apartment uninhabitable for rest. Because of this, we could not continue staying there. My father’s chemotherapy sessions have been delayed before due to lack of proper rest, and this situation put his health at risk. We are only requesting a refund for the nights we did not stay, but the host has refused to respond at all. This apartment is not suitable for patients or families visiting the hospital, and the listing is misleading if there is ongoing late-night construction. The lack of empathy, communication, and responsibility from the host is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone — especially those with medical needs — to avoid this property.

The location is right above the Sunway Geo Shopping District. Easily accessible to Sunway Pyramid Shopping mall. The rooms are just nice for a 5 to 8 pax of people with sufficient space. The beds are nice!

Suggest changing the door knob as it is turned to other way around.
