We do have quiet hours between 8pm-9am. There is a 3 car maximum. NO SMOKING in the house. Smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home is subject to a $400 fee. NO drugs are allowed on the premises whatsoever including the backyard. NO PETS. **We are very strict and DO NOT allow parties of any kind at the home or on the property. Please respect this and treat this home as if it were your own. This is a family neighborhood with wonderful and kind neighbors and we expect all guests to be respectful of the home and neighbors. Please do not play loud music in the backyard or in the home. Failure to comply with these rules will result in eviction from the home. If you plan to have more people at the home or property than those listed on your reservation, you need to contact us in advance to get approval. Failure to do so may result in eviction. I will provide laundry detergent, shampoo, soap, fresh bed sheets, new towels, closet space and WiFi internet access. After every guest the house will be professionally cleaned. Barbeque Gas Grill The property has a gas grill for guest use. Grill will be used at your own risk. The grill must be cleaned after every use and before check out. Should the grill be in unsatisfactory condition upon checkout, a $100 cleaning charge will be deducted from the deposit. Heating for the pool is $25 per day Three 4k Smart TVs (Samsung & ROKU).
