Doskonała lokalizacja- 10 min spacerkiem do plaży, do centrum i pkp jednym tramwajem. Biedronka i sklep z rybnymi smaczkami w pobliżu. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia - zmywarka, mikrofala etc.
Niemniej całą robotę robił ogromny taras:)
Jedyny mały minusik - mogły by być bardziej kryjące zasłony,gdyż rano gdy słońce świeci jest zwyczajnie jasno.

Sehr gute Ausstattung und sehr ruhiges Studio. Strandnah und Supermarkt vor der Tür. Auch ein Straßenbahnanschluss ist direkt vor der Tür.

Clean, well equipped. 1 km distance from the beach. Quick communication with owner via Booking.com.
I got attracted by good reviews but we were far from impressed. While overal okay for the price I think its fair to share facts less fancy than the pictures are 😉 During our stay only 1 elevator serving building of 13 floors, which caused waiting times up to 20 minutes. Dont order uber when still in the room. Watter on the floor upon arrivals due to leaking fridge. Mattress sagging. Tram Under the window so too noisy so you have to keep window closed. After payment we were informed few days ahead there wont be warm watter in the area for more than 24 hours. My own experience is these things are shared weeks ahead but I understand its convenient to only inform when guests have no option to cancel.
I understand excuses saying things are beyond owners control but overall if you look for comfort, I cannot recommend.
