The building is brand new. Weird style with concrete ceilings and visible cables but I was told this is the new style so ok. The room was very clean. There was a kitchenette too, apparently the hotel is mostly for long time stay from students. The breakfast was very good, it's nice to start your day with a cup off coffee before you head out. Very close to the airport and the old city. Train and tram station very close.
The toiletries were very basic. Could use some improvement. There was not a hairdryer so apologies for the red stains in the towel from my hairdye. I had to dry them somehow. Could be pretty noisy if full, the rooms are very close to each other. Overall though very good value for money.
