Staff are not so well in English.

Nothing dislilked me.
The only thing I would say is the English level of the staff which is quite poor and made the communication difficult sometimes. Besides, one has to bear in mind the hotel is not located close to city center but a few train/tram stops to the north.

Breakfast was better than expected. Easy to get to the hotel and close to the place I needed to visit(that was the only reason why I have chosen the hotel).
The door in the shower (room 103) was missing and shower handle was broken, no towel or rug on the floor in the bathroom, so everything was wet and nothing to clean it with. Some hairs in the bathroom. Bed was comfy but pillows were awful.
