This is a budget hotel operating with as little staff as possible. Instead of reception, you get an SMS with your room-number and a code with which you can get the key from a code-locked box. No-one entered our room for 6 days. Breakfast is OK, hot: vienna franks, scrambled eggs, fried bread, cold: several kinds of "cold cuts", boiled eggs, tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, strawberries (in June), cottage cheese, marinaded fish, sliced bread, buns (good but not always fresh), jam, butter, pastry. Location: quiet residential area, may trees around. Bus stop 4 min walk, direct bus from the airport and main train station (line 210), 5 other bus lines. Downtown 20 min. on foot, 15 min by bus (210,130). Cleanliness is OK, even after 6 days. Large beds (2 pushed together to make a double bed). Room size: not crowded. Fridge in the room.
The bathroom is crowded. The bathtub is small, good for taking a shower but because of sloped bottom, hard to step in/out safely. The shower head was hanging about 1 meter from the floor,, spreading water just downward, you have to hold it all the time. One roll toilet paper for 2 people for 6 days (they gave us another one when we asked). Only one electricity wall outlet close to bed. No air conditioning (30 Celsius daytime heat is manageable by keeping the balcony door open).

Great price for such location. Clean room with it's own bathroom and fridge.
Too small curtains to block light, and the Wifi was working when it wanted to, which was almost never.

Affordable place that was comfortable and relaxing! Had no major issues during my time here, though some of the walls/ceilings/doors looked a bit ran down

The location and the breakfast was good. Pillows were comfortable too.
If you happen to be a light sleeper, do yourself a favour and do not choose this accomodation. The walls are way too thin. I couldn't sleep because there were guests who kept talking until 3 AM in one room and in another one somebody else was snoring.
Another aspect which surprised us negatively was the bed and the blanket both of which were way too small (not suitable for 2 adults to sleep comfortably).
Bathroom - the shower head holder was broken, have to hold it yourself. Hairdryer full of dust.
We never saw anybody at the reception either.
All in all, for the price we kind of expected a little bit more.
