Surf Song is an Incredible Beachfront Villa that sits directly on the sugary sand of Panama City Beach. Home is approximately 3000 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All 3 levels of the home have beachfront balconies with awesome views. Sleeps 20!

Home is also just a short 5-minute drive to St. Andrews Bay and the world-famous Captain Anderson's Restaurant, The Boat Yard, The Treasure Ship, and much more. House is absolutely beautiful. No guests under 25. Parking for 3 cars MAX

We enjoyed our stay here but could use some updating and repairs. I would say for the area and price it was ok. I’m not one to complain much but do be aware it’s directly across from a bar that plays music ALL night and in a kinda run down location. We did like the size of the unit and plenty of rooms for a large party but hot tub was open so it was cold couldn’t really get hot with no top. If you have pets there really no where to walk the dogs. And all the condos nearby don’t want you in there grass or yard so be aware of that. Overall a 3/5 is best case on this one. Would definitely spend the money on a remodel for sure and invest in upcoming guest.

The place is beautiful, great location, fast service for our small issues. There were 20 of us ranging from 88 to 23,Everyone one was happy. Do note there are stair to get in. We were able to lift granny and wheelchair, my bad for not asking wheelchair was new.our host couldn't have been better

Getting up every morning from our 2nd floor bedroom looking directly at the gulf and beach was amazing. It is obvious that this house was built with entertaining in mind. The way the huge kutchen us laid out, the dinning area and the living room are perfect. The house has a bit of age but has been well maintained.if you have a large group but don't want to feel crowded. I recommend this house.

The house was good, however it needs updated pics. Microwave didn’t work, there is NOT a hot tub. I was looking forward to this more than anything!! There was not enough towels, had to wash towels everyday. We had a few roaches that tried hanging out with us as well. Other than that, it was an enjoyable time with great folks!
