About this house rental
Situated in Miramar Beach, this lovely house for $425 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Sugar Isle! This house is in a gated community with private beach access and is the largest floor plan in the community. It has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an attached garage, a large private pool (can be heated for additional $275/wk), an attached "cocktail or kiddie pool" (it's 3 feet deep with a seating ledge, not a hot tub), and a huge backyard. This house is located about 500 yards from the beach, or approximately an 8-9 minute walk. The back yard is fully fenced in and the patio features a gas grill, 2 dining tables with umbrellas and 12 chairs as well as 6 poolside lounge chairs for sunbathing. There are towel racks on the exterior wall with 24 hooks for all your wet towels and bathing suits. The primary bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms have king sized beds with ceiling fans (total of 3 king beds), and the 4th bedroom has a quadruple twin L-shaped bunk bed. Each bedroom has a 32" Smart TV with cable and DVD player and the primary has a 45" TV with cable and DVD player. There are also two sofa-beds - a full size in the living room and a queen sized in the front room. The house will sleep 12 people comfortably with a maximum of 10 adults. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, a roomy pantry and a huge bar area that easily accommodates 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, pots/pans, accessories and small appliances you will need to prepare meals at home. It even has an air fryer! The front room has a dining table that will seat 6-8 for formal sit down dinners or game nights. The living room has couch seating for 7 and a 65" 4k Smart TV with DVD player. The front room has a 50" TV with DVD player in case the kids want their own area to watch TV! The house is equipped with all the comforts of home including a full size washer & dryer, a pack & play, a portable folding mini-crib suitable for babies and toddlers up to 35lbs, a Graco high chair with a 40lb weight limit, a toddler air mattress, keyless entry on the front door, a garage keypad and a full size refrigerator/freezer in the garage. We also have a wagon for transporting your items to the beach as well as a rolling cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, various sand shovels/buckets and boogie boards/pool noodles. The house is within walking distance to several restaurants/bars and a Dollar General. There is tons to do and see in the area including the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons open air shopping center, Baytowne Wharf for dining & specialty stores, mini-golf, bumper cars, laser tag, trampoline park, Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, boat tours/deep sea fishing, Crab Island Water Park, Harborwalk Village and so much more! *Cleaning Information - We have comprehensive cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing measures that are taken between each booking which means our housekeeping crew needs plenty of time between check-in and check-out. Our check-in time is 5:00pm CST which allows a full 7 hours between guests. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, as we know you are anxious to begin your vacation. However, please bear with us as we do want to make sure our house is as clean and safe for you and your family as possible. **Weather Information - Unless there is a mandatory evacuation order issued for our area, we do not allow last minute cancellations or rescheduling due to inclement weather (this includes, but is not limited to, rain, high wind, tropical storms and hurricanes). If you are concerned about the possibility of inclement weather, please obtain travel insurance with appropriate weather-related coverages. ***For safety and security, this home has exterior facing security cameras - they point towards the driveway and side of the house. There are no cameras facing the pool area or back yard.

Beautiful, clean home in a nice quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. We enjoyed walking to the beach and along the beach road in the mornings. The beds are comfortable, and the back yard is beautiful with a well-maintained lawn, very relaxing atmosphere. We really liked the landscaping lights that shine on the palm trees in the evenings, gave it a resort feel. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The house was in great condition and in a quiet neighborhood. Was pleasantly surprised to see it in person and find that it’s better than the pictures. Beach was close and it was a safe and slow speed neighborhood, which made it great when having little kids along.
Michelle was quick to respond and helped us with everything we could have possibly needed. There was actually a tornado that briefly touched down in a golf community close by, and she took the time to text and let us know …

The house was very clean and had plenty of space for us to spread out. We loved the backyard. The grass area was great and having shade options was a bonus for the kids. The location to the beach, stores and restaurants made it so convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

This by far has been our best rental. Michelle was amazing to communicate with. If I could give her 10 stars I would. House was amazingly clean. We knew this was their HOME and not just a rental. Pool heat was great and glad we did it as the weather just didn’t cooperate first few days. Everything we needed for kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc was utilized. Plenty of bath and kitchen towels. But do remember to bring your beach towels. Plenty of room for the 5 of us but certainly could see plenty of room for 10. Back yard and pool area was a huge hit. Beach is 1/2mile away. Easy 8-10 min walk. We enjoyed this property so much we already booked for next year. Thank you guys for allowing us to stay in your home!

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped which we appreciated. We also loved the fact that it had 2 refrigerators! Everything was top notch!!

This was one of the most accommodating houses we’ve ever stayed at for our family vacation. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat and they had so many chairs and toys in the garage!! We loved everything about our stay and the owners were wonderful every step of the way!

The house was perfect for our family (grandparents, parents and 4 children ages 2-10. Loved the floorplan with 2 living rooms (one for adults, 1 for kids). The grandparents had the
primary bedroom that was separated from my family and my brothers family. The 4 bunk beds were perfect for our 4 kids and not taking up multiple bedrooms for kids. It was a very close walk to the beach and wonderful backyard area with a pool. The owner was very attentive and the house had everything we could possibly need. The beach equipment and toys were a plus! We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Perfect Getaway!
I have been coming to Destin for around 7 years now and this property was the best I have ever stayed at and if available will be the only place I stay at. The house made my family and I very comfortable and welcome. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The owners responded to any question that I had immediately . The pool was clean and heated to a perfect temperature. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone was very nice. If you have the choice pick this property , you wont regret it.

While it was so nice, still very kid friendly for us as well with the pool toys, mini crib, and high chair. The walk to the beach would be ok without little ones, but we rented a golf cart. We had to drive to the public beach access further down the road and parking is limited during peak hours. But the pool was where we spent most of our time. We also went to Baytown wharf a couple of nights and it was a blast for the kids! Pompano joes is very close as well and dinner there was amazing. Overall great experience, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Lovely and clean house! Had everything that we needed. Pool is perfect, walk to beach is less than 5 minutes and the neighborhood is safe and easy to get to places.

Year 2's visit - even better!
This was our second year staying at this property and it was all that we expected....and more! I saw some additions to the property that enhanced our stay (e.g., air fryer and a Keurig-although we still used the regular coffee maker which was also there). The house is so well stocked and clean that it's like a home away from home! Just like our visit this time last year, Michelle was very responsive to our questions and request! It's a great property that worked our well for our family and I'm hoping to make it an annual vacation for us!

Everything was as described and photographed in the rental listing. This is was a very well equipped rental, everything you could need or want was there. Rental is conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. A golf cart rental is recommended for both fun and convenience. This is definitely a repeat rental. You will not be disappointed!
