About this house rental
**INCLUDES LINEN AND BATH TOWEL HIRE, AND STANDARD DEPARTURE CLEANING**
**This property is self-catering, however an initial supply of coffee, hand wash, toilet paper, firewood (in winter), and basic cleaning products is provided.**
Lovingly named "La Vita Bella" (The Beautiful Life), this immaculately maintained holiday home in central Dunsborough is located just 270m to the town centre and less than 500 m to the beach. Ideally positioned to explore Dunsborough and its dynamic shopping precinct and cafe strip; the sparkling waters and shimmering sands of either Old Dunsborough or Quindalup swimming beaches and the beautiful foreshore recreation areas. Or roam further to the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries; or wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape.
La Vita Bella boasts high ceilings, easy care tile floors and spacious living zones. It is stylishly yet comfortably furnished. The living spaces comprises spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen which will certainly be a holiday gathering hub. Ducted air conditioning throughout the home makes climate control year round a breeze.
The fully equipped kitchen offers coffee machine, dishwasher; 600m gas wall oven; gas cooktop; freestanding island bench and breakfast bar.
This central living area can be closed off via glass doors to a large games room perfect for hosting both easy conversation and for a game of table tennis or pool. The games room directly accesses the alfresco dining and expansive lawn area with a dining table and gas BBQ.
Two master bedrooms at the front of the home offer queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite with shower and w/c.
At the back of the house, third bedroom provides a queen bed and 2 x single beds with a robe, and forth with double bed and 2 x single beds.
The third bathroom / laundry offers a large shower, vanity, trough, washing machine and dryer and separate w/c.

We had a lovely stay at the property. We were very impressed with the layout and bedroom spaces. There was enough room for everyone, with ample bathrooms. We loved the table tennis and pool table and the property was well set up for a large group. The location is wonderful, with only a short walk to the beach and an alley way at the end of the street to lead us to the main town centre. The kids loved scootering up and down the quiet cul de sac. We made use of the comfortable outdoor chairs (located in the games cupboard) while we watched our children out the front. The dining table and lounge room had enough room for a large group and we were impressed by the dvd selection available. A few of the DVDs were missing in the cases, but there were so many to choose from, it didn’t matter. The power went out, so we made use of the ‘power out’ kit. We did use the last of the matches, so they will need replacing. The reverse cycle air conditioning made for a comfortable stay. Overall, a wonderful place to bring family or friends, where you don’t all feel on top of each other. I will be recommending this property to others.

This house is in a great location and is perfect for two families to share. The teens & kids had so much fun using the ping pong table and snooker table. It was an added bonus that we could close the door to the games room to block out the noise, while the adults relaxed. I highly recommend this place.

A much anticipated family holiday, bringing together three generations and 4 separate households.The house fit our needs perfectly. Great space for the littlies and adults alike. Added bonus was the treasure-trove of board games, books and DVDs. Though I would add an extra TV in the games room as the competing needs of a multi-generational stay meant that someone always missed out.A couple of hiccups with the property - a tap was dripping in one of the en-suites and the hot water in the kitchen wasn't working - were very quickly (45minutes!!!!) attended to by the property manger (JHY) on the first day.House is perfectly situated for a really short stroll to town for coffee (Merchant & Maker yay!) and with our kayaks on trolleys and the littlies down to the beach - 500m in either direction. Means you don't need to jump into the car on every occasion.
