Share meals around the spacious island or the indoor dining table for ten. For an alfresco experience, step onto the undercover patio, fire up the built-in BBQ, catch a game on the outdoor TV with a cold drink from the bar fridge, or relax under the ceiling fan with music playing through the outdoor speakers. With full glass-to-ceiling sliding doors opening from the kitchen and outdoor blinds for weather protection, this space is ideal for year-round entertaining.



The home offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms designed for restful sleep. The primary bedroom features a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, TV, ensuite, and a dedicated home office with a built-in desk—perfect for remote work. The three additional bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with custom double bunks—include built-in wardrobes and high-quality mattresses to ensure a comfortable stay.



Bathrooms are finished with floor-to-ceiling tiles, underfloor heating, and rainfall showers, with one also featuring a deep soaking tub. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower or prepare your fresh catch at the dedicated fish cleaning station. A fully equipped laundry adds further convenience for longer stays.



Enjoy a cinematic experience in the home theatre, complete with plush seating, blackout blinds, starlight ceiling, built-in projector, and screen. Split-type air conditioners are installed in the bunk bedroom and theatre room, while ceiling fans keep other areas comfortable. For family-friendly fun, Country Life Farm is a short seven-minute drive, while the ancient wonders of Ngilgi Cave are only 11 minutes from home. Wine lovers can explore boutique vineyards like Cape Naturaliste, Happs Wines & Commonage Pottery, and Marri Wood Park, all within a 15-minute drive.
