Everything was very clean, and we especially liked the pool area. It was well maintained, offered direct access to the beach, and had plenty of shaded space under the umbrellas, making it a great place to relax.
Due to a burst pipe, we were without water in our suite for one and a half days.

We liked the pool(s) and beach access. The gardens were beautiful, and the convenience store was handy. The room was as expected, clean, and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay!
On arrival, our reservation was not recorded, and the security at the front gate was hesitant to even let us in to speak to reception. Our 3 year old daughter was passed out in the uber after a long travel day, it was stressful, I honestly think he took pity on us and let us in, otherwise he was ready to just leave us on the street. Once we got in to reception, she tried to find us on all her reservation platforms and couldn't. I eventually called booking.com customer service, and they were very helpful calling the managing company for us who told them our reservation was active and that they were awaiting our arrival. Booking.com gave us their direct number, but as I got off the phone with them, the receptionist was also just getting off a call and suddenly our reservation was there. This whole scenario took almost an hour. Not the best start.
One of our toilets didn't really work.
Checkout is noon but we were told 11am online so we were ready for that time. While checking out reception said it was actually noon so we ended up with an extra hour at the pool, reception kept our luggage. There is no staying past noon, our next checkin was 4pm so had to find something in the meantime.
There is no playground like the pictures and description mention.

El lugar está ubicado en la parte final de la Bahía. Puedes disfrutar caminar de un lado a otro en la playa, todos los hoteleros la mantienen limpia. Tienen un área del alberca grande, un restaurante y una tienda de conveniencia. La habitación tenia dos cuartos, uno grande y otro más chico, dos baños, uno en el cuarto principal y otro en la estancia, sala-comedor y cocina integral muy funcional. Aire acondicionado en todas las áreas, dos televisores y un cuarto de servicio con lavadora. Aunque se ve ya viejo el edificio y algunas cosas necesitan mantenimiento o reparación, está todo limpio.
Tiene la ventaja que está cerca de un centro comercial que tiene un buen de tiendas interesantes y mini súper; y puedes encontrar varios restaurantes sobre la Ave de los Cocoteros.
Solo tengo dos observaciones: está muy confuso a través del Booking como elegir la habitación con el número de personas; nosotros fuimos 6 personas, pero 5 adultos y un niño, que al final resultó que el niño era de cortesía. No decía que tenía dos cuartos, lo cual te hace dudar.
La liga de la ubicación del lugar con Google Maps y Maps está mal, y su domicilio en Booking tampoco coincide. Nos tomó un rato encontrar el lugar porque hay dos nombres parecidos de Marina Suites. Deben mejorar eso. La limpieza solo lo hacen si te quedas una semana, lo cual para el precio que se pagó por tres noches y uno haciendo el aseo me pareció caro. Tampoco se menciona.

Location was great
The suite itself was nice. I chose this place for the pool on the beach....except we couldnt use it even once as it was one of the dirtiest pools I've ever seen . Had a thick scum on top of the water. I don't think the chemicals were working at all.
Also the safe in the room was useless as there were no keys :(
Front staff we ok, not very helpful and we were there right at checkin time and had to wait 3 more hours and didnt get into our room until almost 6pm!
