Rooms were clean, staff was great, food was good. The only thing bad was the horrible sewer smell by the pool.

It was our first time Puerto Vallarta and there is a lot of options when to choosing where to stay. We were not disappointed with Occidental Nuevo Vallarta; everyone was great, food was great and the location of the beach was great experience overall was great.

The place was so clean and food was delicious. The staff was so friendly the only thing I expected it was the hotel doesn’t have hair conditioner and AC was noisy a little but the place was so beautiful and calm
