We enjoyed the fiesta Mexican in-door instead of the outside
When you order food at the beach it takes too long. And sometimes they don’t stop by to pickup the plates. At the beach site maybe a little more organized of how people put their things

I like the family feel of the property staff was very kind and attentive.
We were placed in an older Tower that had a running toilet. Toiletries shampoo we're not replaced along with towels during maid service.

Breakfast was decent. Staff was polite and most of them tried to accommodate. Location was good.
Redundant signing for drinks with all inclusive. Room was not maintained properly. Shower didn’t work well and tap kept dripping. AC temperature not stable no shuttle buses for anything. No gift shop on site
