Spacious, comfortable rooms with an excellent bed, a huge bathroom, room service, and very friendly staff. Extending my stay for two extra nights because of the typhoon was no problem at all. Just 10 minutes from the airport and close to a 7-Eleven.
Like most love hotels, it's not located in the city centre, so you'll need transport if you want to explore. And don't bring your small kids :).

Large room with more facilities than I expected. Everything I needed was available, and then some. The parking was convenient and the location is very practical for an early flight from Kansai Airport. The price-quality ratio is excellent.
The only minor downside is that the hotel is not located in a lively city centre area, so there is not much to do within walking distance. For an airport stay, however, it worked perfectly.

The room was large, nearest train station is 1km away
Everything in the room smelled of smoke, including the carpets and sofa - it was almost unbearable as a non-smoker.
Breakfast was included and delivered to your room but it was very minimal so don't expect much.
