For a check-in anytime, comfortable hotel room with excellent parking, the hotel fits the bill.
Everything is automated (check-in, room key, check-out) so no staff interaction except saying good morning to the cleaners when leaving ...
No breakfast in the hotel, but a café, a restaurant (both in the same building) and a McDonald's just across the street means no problems finding something to eat nearby!
As is always the risk, it lacks ambience, its just a pragmatic solution to finding somewhere warm and dry to sleep when travelling through ...

Clear and straightforward check-in (key in the box). Great communication with the property via booking.com messaging service. Clean and spacious room, comfy beds. Lovely places to eat in the same building (restaurant for dinner and wonderful bakery for breakfast). Plenty of parking spaces, both in the garage and outside (both very safe)
