Hotel was great, the Island nothing special really, again because of the poor planning

Location is a bit far from city center and beaches but the facilities are just perfect

The Island in general was completely overpriced and most beaches now smell like sewage water, there are lots of construction rubbish on the sides of the roads to the south and north of the Island. Sad to see such a beautiful island being destroyed by overdevelopment that has nothing to do with the Vietnamese culture and heritage. Many fake looking European apartment complexes, the theme park Vinpearl has a place called Grand World that also looks like a flimsy copied Venetian town...the shops look a bit run down and are all closed during the day. You can see cheap plastic stools and other type of low quality equipment outside and infront of the many restaurants and shops. Nothing to do with its name "Grand World"...more like a street food market at night.

Not ever going back to PhuQuoc until they take care of that island better. But the Hotel was great.

Staff is always around taking good care of this place, high up-keep standards...they picked us up at the airport and allow us to check at our arrival in the morning at 10 am and everything there including the swimming pool was in quite good condition...

1:Because we arrived quite early and checked in basically in a rush ...the toilet in our room was not cleaned well but the reception sent a lady to take care of it right away. 2: There are so many geckos and lizards that at times make some crickin' and cracking noises and wake you up in the middle of the night. 3: The whole city though is a mess, most beaches were super dirty and the sea water was just murky and had a stale stink to it, insane honking from trucks, buses and motorcycles... lots of abandoned fake European style buildings and construction debris thrown everywhere on the side of the road. Food is now very expensive even at small restaurants offering traditional dishes (greedy locals) but the quality is average. To end... the road up the hill to the hotel is also quite dirty, not their fault thou.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Even though they didn't speak english, everything could be said using Google translate. They even found me yoga mat to do yoga. The room was clean and bed comfy. The area is so quiet and there were not many people there. Most of the time we had the whole pool for ourselfs. There're no restaurants next to the hotel, but we found plenty in 5km radius. They also rent motorbikes, so we rented one for the whole week. Motorbike is really convenient way to visit the island. But you can also take a taxi or just order food.

No breakfast option. But really, we could go out and eat in some cafe.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time in Bungalow Sáng Tươi Mountains. The bungalows are extremely spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The surroundings of the bungalows are really nice and peaceful, we had a really nice view of the pool area which we loved. The owners are very friendly and organised free airport transport for us. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The TV was a bit outdated, but we didn't visit Phu Quoc to watch TV so this was actually not an issue :)

Superb

The staff were really friendly, they had a cake for us to celebrate our anniversary which was so lovely of them. Our bungalow was large, clean and very comfortable. We loved the pool and the garden area. Location was great for us, only a 10 minute drive into the main town and it was nice and quiet.

2 small things we'd have liked to see - coffee and mugs in the room. And hand soap in the bathroom.

Beautiful room, very clean and well kept pool area, airport pick up service, nice breakfast, quiet area, freindly & helpful staff. 10 mins drive to night market and restaurants, motorbike available. Great place!
