Comfortable, convenient hotel. Good air conditioning in the room and common areas, was a welcome relief in August. Simple yet satisfying breakfast. Professional friendly staff at reception and at breakfast.

The breakfast was very good, although the coffee wasn't great. I also stayed for several days, and the breakfast was exactly the same every day, and I would have appreciated a bit more variety.
I would have appreciated the possibility to make tea and coffee in my room, because I spent quite some time working there. Although the room had a desk, there wasn't too much space but unfortunately the only other place where I could have gone to work was the breakfast room (there is no coffeeshop nearby) which was closed for most of the day.

The staff were so helpful and I loved the inspirational quotes! Breakfast was plentiful. I loved watching all the planes - I grew up under Heathrow's flight path so I felt quite nostalgic!
The walk from IPO involves stairs so, if you're not feeling brilliant, take a taxi.
