Situated in Lower Grand Lagoon, this lovely condo for $246 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in. This is 2300 square feet of gorgeous living that’s just the right backdrop for the breathtaking views of the Gulf you’ll see through the sliding glass doors that open to an expansive 500 square foot balcony. Open floor plan great for entertaining large groups of family or friends. Kitchen with granite counter tops and top-of-the-line appliances. The extremely large balcony area gives you an unmatched on the beach outdoor grilling area. Plenty of space to eat, entertain, or just unwind on the balcony. This balcony is huge!! Master bedroom 1 contains a king bed and TV with private bathroom and balcony access from the room. 2nd Master bedroom has a king bed and great view of the water, and flat screen TV Bedroom number 3 has 2 queen beds and flat screen TV, and window view of Panama City and the lagoon. Bedroom 4 has full bunk beds. Perfect for bringing the entire family! The DINING AREA and luxurious living room offer beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf. We absolutely loved this condo! It had tons of room and fit our family perfectly. We enjoyed being able to grill hamburgers on the balcony grill even in the rain. The balcony is large enough to still be outside when it’s raining and not get wet also. This unit was very well equipped for cooking and the pans were much nicer than most condos offer. The gated guard station definitely gives added security of vehicles in and out. Great location. We definitely would love to stay again!

We have traveled to PCB for more than 20 years, 2-3 each year. We have always stayed at another resort. 3 years ago, a friend recommended En Soleil. We stayed there and LOVED it. Love how quiet it is; only 3units per floor, you don't wait on elevator. We have stayed at En Soleil 4 times and rented on vrbo by owners. We only dealt with owners, not property management group. This time we rented from Emerald Coast Destinations. The pictures of the unit looked wonderful, however when we arrived we were very shocked. The condo was absolutely filthy, extremely DIRTY! We had to go purchase cleaning products and we spent our first day.....CLEANING! The master shower was so gross. It had hair all over the shower. It had not been cleaned. It had massive amounts of black mold in the shower. Many things were broken in the condo such has dresser door kept falling off, toilet paper holder broke, carpet was all torn up, etc. There is no dressers to unpack your clothing. The living room furniture was all broken down. It was electric reclining, but many did not work. No instructions for the TVs. No instructions or remote for fireplace. NO DISH Towels! The air conditioner did not work (thank goodness it was a cooler week). The balcony had old food and cig butts left on patio. None of the pools were heated. They were freezing. Everytime we left condo, we had to wait several minutes on security to open gate. The condo was cleaner when we left!!!!

Loved the condo. Nothing to do with the unit but need more lights in the pool area around the steps. My daughter fell the first night there. Missed the last step coming out of building going to the pool.Was pretty dark. Other than that had a wonderful time.

2 families of 5 stayed in this wonderful beachfront 4BR unit and there was plenty of space for everyone. The balcony is the best I’ve ever experienced. The water and beach in Panama City Beach are also some of the best in Florida. The management company is great to deal with, are responsive, and communicate well.

Wonderful place, decor, plenty of room for large group. Beds are memory foam, but were too soft for us and the bunk bed mattresses need to be replaced. For one with mold sensitivities, there was mold in bathtubs/shower, but I was semi ok. The balcony was amazing, the personal grill was a blast, the pool-open till 12 am was perfect, walk to beach was ideal! Great place and would consider coming back.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pool was huge, and was never crowded. The beach area wasn’t too crowded either. The elevators were fast and not crowded. Our particular unit was beautiful! It was clean, but we did feel that it could use a good deep cleaning under sofas and behind things. We loved the balcony! It was very large with lots of seating. The igniter on the grill didn’t work. Someone came to check it, but told us to just use a long lighter, which they left with us. The bunk room had a ceiling fan, but the remote was missing to turn it on. When we called, they sent someone right away to take care of it. The people that came were very nice and helpful. The only negative was that we sometimes had to wait at the gate for a while for it to be opened. The security person was sometimes at other places on the property and we had to call them. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and I will definitely stay here again! En Soleil is one of our favorite places to stay!

This property is beautiful! Our condo was very clean, beautiful and spacious! The only thing I wish was different is ramps. Taking a tent and chairs down to the beach is hard enough and En Soleil doesn’t have a ramp down to the beach, just steps. It makes it more difficult to get all of our things down to the beach. Other than that, it’s perfect.

Overall the property was great! Had a gorgeous master bedroom view of the gulf as did the living room. One of the toilets did have an issue with the handle getting stuck and continuously running. But all the people were very friendly at the condo unit. Everything looked nice & clean and it was a very well stocked kitchen!!!!

We stayed here at this property for the first time and it was wonderful! The security was excellent and not uptight at all like the other reviews! Also our condo was fully stocked with everything you could ever want including a Ninja blender, Kureig, regular coffee maker and an ice maker! Plenty of towels and closet space. All rooms had TVs except the bunk room and there was a previous picture but not sure what happened to it. Our condo was the cleanest that a condo has ever been. Love the master vanity! 2 beach chairs came with the unit! Very quiet area to stay. Would definitely come again and stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Very roomy for 9 people staying for the week. It was very clean upon our arrival. We loved the large balcony with enough seating for everyone to enjoy the view. The beach and pool area was also nice, not crowded at all. We will definitely be back next year for our next family vacation.

Our condo was awesome. It was clean with the best balcony we have ever had. We saw dolphin everyday along with the F-35 jets flying by. We got there on November 1st and left on the 8th. They heated the smaller pool and it was perfect. We got in almost everyday. It is on the quieter side of the beach and just a few miles from Schooners where we ate 3 different times. We plan on making it an annual trip and we plan on using Emerald Coast Destinations.

Overall very good. The property is great. The unit was spacious. I would recommend that the cookware be updated. It is in very bad shape. The information in the email we received was incorrect in regards to the internet connection so we were unable to get online until Tuesday, which was frustrating. The stove top dials are difficult because all of the information has rubbed off. You don’t know what temperature you are at.

Need more towels for as many as it says it accommodates. There were 6 adults in our group and had one towel each. No blender! Cleaning could be a lot more thorough. The property is gorgeous and having a grill on your deck is great!

Upon arrival, we were faced with a condo that was absolutely filthy! Dirty floors, dirty countertops, filthy toilets and showers, and blood on the wall in a bathroom. The management company was closed for the weekend, so we proceeded to do the cleaning ourselves and then reported it first thing Monday morning. We asked for compensation for our time and the cleaning supplies we had to purchase, and after not responding to several emails we were finally told there would be no compensation until we checked out and as long as we did not give them a bad review. We have now been checked out for more than 2 weeks, and the only thing we received from them is a bad tenant review! How is that even possible? We left that condo so much cleaner than it was when we arrived, but I guess their policy is you will get a bad tenant review if you complain about anything! On the other hand, the property itself is so well maintained (pool, grounds, etc.) and I would recommend En Soleil to anyone visiting PCB, but steer clear of Emerald Coast Destinations! We have been vacationing in PCB since 1975, and they are by far the worst management company we have ever had the displeasure of working with!

This is our second time staying at En Soleil, and our first time in condo 613. The condo was beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was stocked and able to accomodate all twelve of us without running out of silverware, towels etc., and having lots of hot water, an ice maker, and a grill that works was awesome! We enjoy En Soleil because it's near a quieter part of PCB.We are not fighting crowds on the beach or at the facility. We plan on coming back next year!
