Location is excellent. Garching is an ideal place to stay for tracking into Munich and also for the Allianz Arena. Really nice facilities around the accommodation: supermarket underneath, restaurants, bakeries etc.
The property itself is fine. Clean, accessible, decent size
Bathroom is small and as others have mentioned, the shower set up is crazy: no curtain, no barrier….water spews out into the main bathroom floor and soaks that area, even if you try to angle the shower head away towards the wall.

Fresh smell of the bulding and the room. Comfortable bed and fully equiped kitchen. Very comfortable location, right next to the U-Bahn without noise. Easy access without worries about losing keys etc.

Very close to U-bahn and bus station.
We stayed for 6 nights, and the room was not cleaned. The bed sheets were also not changed. The room became a bit dusty during the last few days. From an ergonomic point of view, these were the worst mugs I have ever used in my life. It was almost impossible to drink tea while holding them by the handle. Some parts of the curtains had come loose from the rail, so they could not be fully closed. There were also not enough shelves or closets to store our belongings, so we had to keep them in our suitcases.

The room was clean on arrival. We had a "do not disturb" sign on the door and cleaner opened the door without knocking and apologised. The room was basic but comfortable. I would stay here again. It is a beautiful area with lots of restaurants. No fault to the building but it was too hot and noisy from the shop.
Unfortunately we arrived in the heatwave and the only way to get a few hours sleep was to open the balcony doors. We were above the shop who stocked up at a ridiculous time of the morning and only managed 3 hours sleep on the first night due to the noise of moving goods and staff talking loudly.
