Fantastic hotel and breakfast. We also had lunch at the restaurant associated with the hotel which was traditional German cuisine and very nice! Unfortunately we could not take advantage of the Spa facilities but other guests who did were very pleased with them.
Just a couple of gripes; We were not informed that the reception was not 24hr. We returned after midnight to find we were locked out. We tried the night buzzer and the night phone number but neither were answered. We then realised that our room key operated the security and were able to access the building but would have preferred to have been informed of this plus it did raise questions as to how we would be able to check in if we had arrived after 12. We were also not able to get a coffee in reception when we arrived.

Beautiful room with plenty of space to move around and as a disabled person that is important. The staff are so lovely and there is a fantastic restaurant belonging to the hotel next door with superb quality food and drink at reasonable prices. The breakfast is in the beautiful breakfast room in the main hotel with a fantastic selection of food. Absolutely amazing place to stay. We loved it so much we stayed for an extra night!
We could find no fault with anything that we encountered.

Nice, clean hotel. Rooms were spacious enough.
The staff were cordial but not really helpful
