Clean

Unfortunately I booked by mistake the same reservation twice, arriving to the hotel I realized that and I was shocked by the really bad customer service of this establishment. They didn’t care it was a mistake and were rude and gave cero alternatives to help - even if I used to go very often due to work reasons - very disappointed !
