Situated in Three Rivers, this charming house for $275 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. BLUE JAY is a great 'BnB'. Named after the Blue Jay birds that live here. There's lots of deer too! The home is set up very nice and its's hosted by a very experienced local 3R team. We promise you will love it at The Jay! Three Rivers is a great little town in the foothills on the way to the Sequoia National Forest. From the furnishings to the cleanliness and the personal touches throughout the home the 'Blue Jay' is a large 3 bedroom - 2 full bathroom home nestled in the hills right in the center of Three Rivers and yet it is conveniently located only 3.4 miles from the Park entrance. We offer you a new kitchen with everything you will need to cook in house. Plus, lots of local info and tips from our Host which include where to go if you just prefer dining out! The bathrooms are always clean, and we provide you with plenty of fresh, clean towels. We also supply you with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds are top of the line queen size and include all new linens. These beds are comfortable! We also use hypoallergenic pillow and bed protectors for your safety and comfort. The couches, and the dining room table for 6, are very comfortable as well. Yes, there is a large HD-TV with very good Wi-Fi. It is good enough to stream movies 24/7 so we include free Netflix for you! During your stay, you will have complete access to the home and privacy as well. If you have any questions or need anything I am available 24/7 however it is not mandatory that we meet. Most people just want privacy and of course a clean and comfortable stay. WE GIVE YOU THAT! COME STAY AT THE 'JAY'. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED! The EV charger is FREE TO USE. It is a Nema 14-30 outlet located on the outside wall of the garage for easy access. If you want to use the charger make sure that you have a Nema 10-30 plug (4 prongs) or an adapter for it. You also need to let me know in advance as the outlet does have a lock on it.

This property was the perfect location for visiting the Sequoia National Park. It was clean, well stocked, and extremely quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend this property!

The house was clean, stocked with basics, also had snacks and a bottle of wine for us!
The living area was great to watch movies with my family. There were 2 bathrooms, which made it easier for us to all get ready.
There were deer and California Bluebirds that were on the property, especially in the am.
The stars at night were so visible due to not a lot of street lights.
We loved our stay at this house!

Traveled from Sarasota, FL for a family vacation to Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon. Stayed at the Blue Jay and had an enjoyable experience. The Blue Jay was in an excellent location, only a 15 minute drive, to the entrance of the park. Mark was very responsive when we requested extra supplies as well as instructions to check in. The house/property was well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. We had plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. We were also provided with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! This was greatly appreciated after long days of hiking. Thank you for making our vacation amazing!

This house is the perfect location for a visit to Sequoia National Park. There is also a great hiking trail within the neighborhood. Thoroughly enjoyed dinners on the patio. Saw wild turkeys and deer right off the patio. Would definitely stay here again.

Our only difficulty was the street sign name change was a bit confusing, especially arriving after dark because there are no lights at the cross road exchange. Next time we know to bring more groceries as we didn't see any places to shop for them nearby. But the house had everything we needed except: more blankets, we wanted to get cozy on the couch will watching TV & didn't want to keep turning the heater up & couldn't use the fire place. Also, an Air Fryer would be useful for faster meal preparation.

Your home was excellent!!! It was very clean and comfortable unfortunately we did not to get to spend too much time there we got there late at night and left pretty early in the morning….but we did have 8 deer in the front yard in the morning which was pretty cool. I would definitely recommend staying there to anyone who wants to stay in that area.

Although we only had a brief stay for one evening, it was definitely a place we could have stayed longer. Big COMFY couch to relax following a busy day of hiking, three comfy bedrooms. Host left us snacks/wine which we didn't use but were greatly appreciated. Short drive to restaurants/brewery. Close to southern park entrance and a definite recommendation if you are visiting Sequoia National Park!

Close proximity to the park and restaurants/ markets in town. Spacious home to relax in with all the comforts of home available to you. Would absolutely recommend staying there and would stay again if in the area!

This property was clean and very comfortable for our family to stay during our 5-day vacation. We appreciate the amenities and accommodations the host provided. The AC made our stay much more comfortable during the hot summer days. It is so unfortunate that the drought causes the grass & vegetation to dry up in this region, but there are still great beauty to be found in the natural setting of the Sequoia giant trees, the incredible views from Moro Rock, the peaceful gentle flow of the river... We had an amazing time and this property is just right for us!

It was about a 2 hour drive to the Cedar Grove area in Kings Canyon. There was shopping and eating options in Three Rivers which is also close to the property. It was a great place to come home to after hiking all day… we would definitely stay here again!!!
