Ackwood Lodge is amazing! The location right on the water is beautiful and the entire back of the house is a wall of windows with incredible views. The kitchen is huge and stocked with everything you need. It was a dream to cook there. The dock was perfect for swimming, fishing and docking our boat. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of room. The house was clean, the property is well maintained and it makes for the perfect Northwoods getaway for large groups!

Great place to stay with our large group of 20. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is awesome for feeding a crowd. The view is lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the space, so much room to spread out. The large dining hall is perfect for our group of 20. The lake is very clear and clean. Spacious kitchen with ample refrigerator and freezer space for a large group.

What a fantastic place! There were 12 adults and everyone had great rooms, plenty of bathrooms, and more than enough space so that we weren’t on top of each other. The weather wasn’t the best but the house had so much to offer that we were never bored. The kitchen and dining area were incredible! Definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large crowd
