A localização é excelente, perto de restaurantes, mercados, farmácias, metros e parque. Apartamento com jeito de casa.
O apartamento precisa de uns reparos. Nada que atrapalhe a estadia como um todo, mas alguns pontos precisam de atenção, como:
- Travesseiros novos
- Melhoria na cama e no sofá
- Troca do microondas
- Novos utensilios de cozinha
- Ajustes na porta da duche (escapa muita agua)
- Melhoria nos armários da cozinha (as portas estão com pequenos defeitos)
- Melhorias nas janelas (difícil abrir as janelas)
- Ventilador ou ar condicionado disponível e de fácil utilização (fui no verão, estava quente)

The property is well located,the staff were very helpful.
The old elevator,with no proper instructions difficult to manage,would suggest to change the microwave looks old and makes a loud noise and you get the smell of burning cable,had to turn it off immediately.
Although the room looked neat,the bedding had stains on it maybe new ones would be okay.
Found some dirty kitchen utensils placed inside the drawer,ensure a thorough inspection before making the apartment available.

Добра локација и повезаност са садржајима за обилазак и разгледање.
Објекат је прихватљив, али је неопходно мало уложити и освежити га. Улазак у туш кабину је као провлачење банковне картице кроз апарат, толико је уско да мало пунија особа не може ући, а онај који ипак успе не може да прође а да не додирне телом стакло туш кабине.
Комуникација са домаћинима није за похвалу, делује као да машина пише аутоматске информације и обавештења. На било какав упит, не добија се одговор. (основни подаци за улазак у смештај и пратеће информације су доступни на дан доласка)
