Very carefully and tastefully decorated and appointed. Air conditioning effective and easily controlled.

Wonderful waterfront screened porch to relax and watch birds and boats. Great kayaking area.

We’ve stayed in several vacation properties over the years and Overton Cottage is definitely tops. The house was spotless, comfortable and its central air conditioning was very appreciated. Robert was friendly and helpful but in no way intrusive. You really can’t beat the views and privacy. This property is a winner.
