Stayed here before and it's a great central location for visiting family and friends in Dun Laoghaire, close to all amenities. Comfortable, clean and perfect for a short stay. We'll be back!

The hallway and landing smells a bit musty.

Good location near buses, airport coach and Dart and a walk by the sea or train into town.. Comfortable beds, thick duivets. Shower hot, tea,coffee,shower gel and shampoo provided. Quiet house on a quiet rd, so we slept well.. For a twin room with shower it is relatively cheap for Dublin so while we have some criticisms, you get what you pay for, we were only over for one night on family business so it suited us.
Shower hot but not very powerful.
Decor a bit dated, especially the hall and stairs.
Room clean sort of, but probably needs a better job especially bathroom skirting boards which were dirty.
