After a long day of travel from the East Coast, our family was warmly welcomed by Lou personally and we walked into a impeccably clean and organized home. Lou was so kind to show us around. The location is amazing--we walked everywhere! The beach path every morning for coffee and donuts, to the beach to hang out in the sun using all the equipment in the fully stocked garage (seriously, anything you could think of needing is there), across the street to grocery shop, and out to dinner at some amazing restaurants. Lou's home and hospitality certainly made our trip comfortable and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we make our way out west in the future! Highly recommend!!

Our rental was perfect for our family of 5. Lou and Bella greeted us in the parking lot. Lou spent about an hour and a half showing us the property and all of the amenities. Near the beach, markets and great restaurants.

Lou was a wonderful host and has a great home walking distance from the beach. The proximity to the beach, fully equipped rental, spacious rooms, and many beach toys made our vacation top notch. Lou was super communicative and was prompt to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone and look forward to returning!

We were wanting to spend a few relaxing days at the beach after a few more active days at Disneyland and this was the perfect spot. Less than a two minute walk along a non busy sidewalk to the non crowded beach, the house was well stocked with everything we could need or want to enjoy the area (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, bikes, etc.). The host was very personable and attentive without being overbearing. Highly recommended! Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had an amazing time. The house is in the perfect location. Walking distance to everything including the beach, restaurants, grocery store and other shops. Lou was very nice and walked us through everything. He provides everything needed for a great beach experience and goes above and beyond to accommodate his guests. We will definitely be back. We met friends from afar for this gorgeous weekend in Newport Beach. The house was as described with three comforfortable bedrooms. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the garage of gear was amazing! We used so many things to make our stay perfect. Lou is a kind and personable host and we were so grateful for his hospitality.

Stayed for 3 nights, in from Chicago. Lou was a great host that was super accommodating and helped out with everything from restaurant suggestions to bringing in our bags. Location was great - block and a half to the beach and close to restaurants and groceries. Property was clean, comfortable and loaded with everything you could need including a packed garage full of supplies for the beach and wagons to bring them in. Bikes were a great addition and our family took them for a ride down to Ruby’s on the pier. Evenings were cool so we spent it by the fireside after wine on the patio. Lou brought us cookies from a great local place and there was plenty of snacks and everything you’d need in the house. Looking forward to coming back again next year!

Hands down the best stay in Newport Beach! You won’t regret staying here with friends, family, children or whoever. Lou has you covered on everything, just pack your clothes and make a stop at Ralph’s on the way in if you plan on cooking (there’s a grocery right across the street, but it’s more expensive). We felt as though we were the first people to stay there. A “10”+ for cleanliness! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Lou has done an amazing job with this property. From all of the fully stocked amenities to his amazing hosting skills. Not to mention the absolutely delicious cookies he brought for us.
We really enjoyed riding the bikes he provided from the fully equipped garage, around Newport and Balboa. I wish we could have stayed longer because there is sooo much to do! The walkability of this property is perfect. Everything we needed in walking distance. The beach is gorgeous and literally right down the street. We also drove to LA to check out the sites, but there is so much more in driving distance to see.
I really can’t say enough, if you are coming to Newport Beach stay here, you won’t regret it!

The unit was clean and well laid out, served our purposes perfectly. In town for a family wedding and appreciated the three full bathrooms. Location is awesome, a block and a half from the beach. This property was beautiful and stocked with everything you could ever need! Lou was the best host and even lent us his personal bike while one of the rentals was in the shop. Everything was top of the line and the towels even smelled like fabric softener. Plenty of beach toys, bikes, wagons and even a basket of snacks for us to devour while playing cards at night. We loved the fireplace and used it every day. The location was wonderful! A 2 minute walk to the beach and to lots of coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store and shops. Lou even surprised me with a birthday cake! Truly couldn’t ask for a better rental. Thanks, Lou, for making my birthday trip special!

Our girls trip took a turn from the east coast to the west coast due to Hurricane Ian and our property there being damaged. We found Lou’s property online and from booking, to check in and check out, all was wonderful! Lou kept in close contact up until the day we arrived. He greeted us, showed us around the rental and recommended spots for us to explore. The rental was stocked with everything we needed, even snacks for late night movie watching. The walk to the ocean was just over a minute and the area had great shops and restaurants. We are already talking about coming back with our families. Thanks for a great stay!

My husband, daughter, my parents and I stayed at Lou’s place in Newport Beach and it was such an excellent experience! Lou was super easy to get ahold of and even ordered us a pizza that he had ready for us when we arrived as we got in later than anticipated. The house was so beautiful and spacious and it was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a quick walk to the beach and everything you could think of wanting to take to the beach was available (sand toys, beach chairs, bikes, games, etc). Lou had a lot of great suggestions on restaurants to try in the area as well. This was by far the best vacation rental we have stayed in!

Lou’s home was the perfect beach spot for our stay. Clean, very comfortable and well stocked. Short walk to the beach and surrounded by great food. What really sets it apart is the garage filled with toys - bikes, beach chairs, wagons, boards, umbrellas, games, etc - everything a family needs to enjoy the beach. And Lou’s a great host. He welcomed us when we arrived, gave us a tour of the house and was very responsive to any and all questions during our stay. All in, wonderful VRBO experience.

I couldn’t do the above. Lou did it right! Super clean, comfortable and relaxing. Kitchen stocked with all dishes, coffee, creamer etc. The bedrooms are so cozy and comfortable, we slept in every day. The linens and towels top notch. The air conditioner works very well. The availability of the washer and dryer was a plus. The neighbors are very nice, the neighborhood is clean, with a great vibe. If your here for just the beach, you do not need a rental car. There is so many restaurants and shops, grocery stores within walking distance. The garage is loaded with beach toys, wagons, bikes, everything you need. The only negative comment I could leave is California has too small of garbage cans, we filled all of Lou’s cans in our 4 day stay, sorry Lou!! We will be back, we have found our forever beach rental. Thank you Lou and Bella.

The owner / manager (Lou) was absolutely fabulous throughout the entire process; he even treated us to a perfect Nothing Bundt carrot cake. The kitchen is stocked with goodies, the 3 bathrooms are stocked with miniature shampoos /conditioners/soaps, and the garage has every beach toy imaginable. The house is perfect for a medium to large family, and the air conditioning was key.

He even had a rolling canvas grocery cart for the store across the street. That was SUPER convenient! The kitchen was quite literally, fully stocked. I could have cooked pretty much anything in that kitchen. Lots of spices, plenty of condiments, toaster oven, crock pot, pots and pans.. it really had everything! The walk to the beach was no big deal. I have grown up staying right on the sand every summer, so I was a little leary about staying a little further away. AND we had 2 babies! It really wasn't a big deal at all! It's a great location! Perfect distance from pier and other yummy restaurants in the other direction. I highly recommend this house!

We were celebrating my son's graduation and 18th birthday with some friends and family. The property itself was amazing. Great location. Tons of extras that I have never seen offered at any VRBO. Lou has thought of everything!. So many beach accessories to play, ride, lounge and have fun. EVERYTHING is high quality from beach towels, to chairs, bikes, sand and water accessories., coolers, sand wagons, every beach game you can imagine. Everything is so perfectly organized and CLEAN!!! The house is fully stocked with top quality kitchen ware. Nothing here is junky or old. I cannot say enough about the top notch condition of everything. Dishes, coffee, appliances, bedding, toilet paper even.... all very upscale. AC, laundry, check in process, communication and Lou clearly wants his guests to have a fantastic experience. He even brought my son and his friends warm cookies from a local vendor. SOOOOOO nice. Thanks Lou for a fabulous experience.

Booking and communication with Lou was easy! He greeted us upon arrival and walked us through the house. The house is gorgeous and fully loaded with anything you need! We were in beach heaven and made amazing family memories here! The location is perfect, just a block and half to the beach, grocery store across the street, walking to restaurants. The garage has all the beach gear plus some! The beds are so comfortable. This place is clean and Lou is the best!!! We have a bigger family and this gem of a beach house has plenty of space!! The best service, and VRBO house we have ever had! We would highly recommend and can’t wait to return!! Lou went above and beyond expectations!!!
