Amplitud habitacion, cafetera con cafés y leche, agua fresquita en la nevera, aire acondicionado en todas las estancias.

Obras justo abajo del apartameno en una gasolinera y que no pudiesen reservarnos las maletas el día de salida.

The location is perfect. Nicely furnished and very clean. Comfortable bed and nice towels.

Due to a facility issue I didn't have hot water at all for my 4 day stay. This made my stay quite uncomfortable. Showering with ice cold water after walking around in the August heat all day was unpleasant to say the least. I asked the property if there was an alternate place to stay that I could move to, there was no reply other than "we are sorry for the inconvenience". There was no resolution for the duration of my stay and after checking out, the property refunded me 15% of the booking fee - which was approximately the same amount as the additional "pet cleaning" fee that I had to pay in cash upon check in. I expected better from a property management company that has so many properties in Seville. I had stayed at a different property last year and enjoyed my stay much more. I won't stay at any of their properties again.
