Wonderful condo and location! Only very minor negatives... Keurig cups not stocked, only 1/2 paper towel roll w/ no extra roll, no Kleenex, blinds dusty. Otherwise, we really enjoyed being there. Loved the Autumn decorations 😊

What a wonderful property! The unit was exactly as expected. The pool area was resort quality. We were walking distance to great restaurants at the Village and the balcony views were spectacular. I would come again!

We recently went to Lake Las Vegas and stayed in this property. It was clean, beautiful, very well stocked in the kitchen, and had a great location! We would definitely stay here again. The balcony was a great place to enjoy the mornings and sunsets. Communication was great, and very detailed.

Loved the condo, the property and proximity to the shops and restaurants in the Village, and so close to Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, the Strip, would definitely go back!

We felt like we were back in Florence with the view of the Pointe Vecchio. Beautiful views from the master bedroom, too. Nice clean and spacious space for our group of two couples. We could even walk across the bridge to dinner.

This condo was exceptional. Spotless clean building and unit. Well equipped and beautifully decorated. Loved the balcony view, pool and hot tub. Went to a couple of the lovely restaurants across the lake. Highly recommend this condo and hopefully we will stay there again!

Everything about our stay on Lake Las Vegas was wonderful. Raymond the property manager was incredibly helpful when chatting about the property and near by amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with all that we could need for our 5 day stay. We will come back and visit again when we can.

This is one of the better VRBO properties that I have stayed at. It really checked "all the boxes". Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, great location, quality hot tub, pool and work out area. Management team communication was excellent. As a bonus, the sky at sunrise was so magnificent, I had to set the alarm each morning to see it. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. A keeper for this guy.

As a former Las Vegas resident, I chose this property based on location. The condo is on the gorgeous Lake Las Vegas property. I wanted a place I felt safe with my 7 year olds and parents. The unit was clean and spacious. We stayed with 6 people and did use the couch bed. I slept comfortably with my two seven year olds as they wouldn’t sleep alone. I was surprised to find salt/pepper/cooking oil which made it that much easier to cook. The kitchen had every cooking utensil/supply you could need. Laundry was also just a few floors down. We also utilized the Lake Las Vegas grocery store just a quick 10 minute walk over the bridge. Only downside, I wish we could have enjoyed it during the summer months and taken advantage of the local water park just 15 minutes away or the water activities onsite. Lake Mead and Hoover Dam are nearby as well. The property is a good 25-30 minutes from the strip. We rented a car so that wasn’t an issue. Again, you are getting a great unit in a safe and quiet location.

Perfect spot for taking a break from work. Beautiful location and the balcony was our happy place for relaxing. The location is ideal if your main interest in visiting is not spending time on the strip (but it is super easy to get there if you want to). The unit was perfect for us, nicely supplied and well cared for. The owners are great and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!!!

Property itself was very nice and well kept. Couple small items. The front door was broken and often had to work hard to close it, and didn't always lock even when tugged on. Secondly, we had booked the property based on information that there was an inflatable water "park". This was written in the notes, and was in the pictures--so this was a major disappointment for our kids. It actually was the differentiating factor on why we picked this property over others, so this was a big disappointment. Like I said, place was nice. Location is quite a ways from a lot of things--more than we realized.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was just as it was listed. Condo was clean and well stocked with things we needed. The balcony was a favorite spot to eat our meals. Easy check in and no issues during our stay. Our teenager said the sofa bed in the living room was the best one he has ever slept on! If we are back in the Vegas area again we will definitely check for availability.

We have stayed 5 times in the Lake Las Vegas area. This unit offered a great view. The easy access to the Village restaurants and Season's grocery was a plus. The kitchen was very well furnished and met all our needs. The bath linens made you feel like you were staying in a luxury hotel. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful week at this property! Lots of restaurants in the area and a beautiful place to walk every morning. The condo was very clean and the views were amazing. And close enough to the strip to drive down for dinner or a show but not be in all the noise and busyness. Would highly recommend!
