From my first phone, call to the hotel to my arrival and check in, the young ladies at the desk were exceptional in their customer service. Samara, Brooke, and Wendy were aboveboard, kind and helpful. The facility is beautiful and located right beside the Marta station that I needed to use to get to the airport. I don’t stay at this level of hotel often when I’m simply traveling by myself, but I don’t regret this one at all.
Paid Parking is always in an annoyance for me

Front Desk staff, Custodial staff & Restaurant staff was very friendly and a pleasant demeanor.
I would recommend business travelers & families to stay here.

Very clean room, good breakfast, nice staff, Wonderful location near the Marta Station.
The only complaint I have would be the location of the television. It is located near the couch and not near the bed.

Location
Breakfast was below average. Location doesn’t have a pool. It’s perimeter you’d think they would have a pool. The room was nice but the didn’t clean the shower floor and walls. Very disappointed!
