Private balcony, beautiful view, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a Queen size foldout couch. Living room has a large 4k Samsung smart TV with a Nintendo Switch console, board games, poker set, and popular local books. Living room furniture is BRAND NEW. All bedrooms are furnished with new freshly cleaned sheets and towels, new mattresses and comforters, and smart TVs in every room. Updated and renovated kitchen with granite countertops, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, hot tub, kids pool, workout facility, walking/jogging track, quick quarter mile walk to the beautiful beach! Coco's on the Beach located at end of boardwalk on this private beach has great drinks and food, bathrooms available. No pets allowed per resort rules. Complimentary shuttle too! Great rental!

Nick was a great host for our first time using VRBO. The property was just as pictured and had lots of activities (our fav was mario kart on the switch). He was also very quick to respond if we had a question. Overall, we really loved staying here!

We had a great stay at this beach condo! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect and made getting to the beach super easy.Love the privet beach and the restaurant right off the beach.

Nice place, clean grounds.A little deceiving regarding the distance to the beach… long walk across a boardwalk to get there and back.
