This condo has a well-equipped kitchen to prepare your meals and a relaxing whirlpool bath awaits after a day at the beach, shopping, or golfing. Enjoy the nice breeze from your spacious, seventh-floor balcony overlooking the swimming pools. You are steps away from the sugar-white sand for sun-filled days. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October. Things to Know Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 7. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Stay was great and the facilities met all our needs. An incident with the gate on the parking lot hitting one of our party was the only negative. A sidewalk in that area would remedy the problem instead of having patrons walk where the cars drive.

This spacious and beautifully decorated condo was wonderful. The rental had everything we needed and much more. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, more than some rentals I have stayed at. We would definitely stay here again and recommend condo to others.

Not kept up very well. Lots of broken things in the actual condo and the building itself. The pool was dirty the whole time. It was adequate but we wouldn't return here.

House layout was nice and cleanbut there were several issues. We had to replace batteries for several remotes. One shower was not usable the entire stay due to plumbing issues. Closet door was off tract. It would have been nice to have a information packet on local restaurants and activities. The entry way has a table that blocks the area to load your luggage. I would let guests know ahead of time to load and unload outside the front door. You can see where guests have hit the table while loading. We had a bag hit the table, fall off the luggage rack, breaking an expensive bottle of wine inside the bag.

For a three bedroom it was spacious, good area and beach was awesome. However, carpet was throughout and in need of cleaning. We would run the dryer 3 to 4 cycles to get dry clothing or towels. Jetted tub in MB ran brown water from jets, leaving a stain around the tub, dated refrigerator could not keep up with ice consumption of 6 people and no filter system on water or ice ( very metallic taste to ice and water). Cookware was old, worn and handles very loose. It is obvious that Vacasa and owners do not care enough to go in and do a proper check on the condition of this condo. It served a purpose but I still can’t get over carpet, old carpet, in a beach condo. Just use to better.
Not saying I would not stay at Palacio again but it will not be at 704.

The rooms were spacious and very clean The location was a great a spot. The grandkids enjoyed themselves. I had to call the hotel because we were lost when we first arrived and the gentleman was so patient and very helpful. Everything was wonderful.

Great space and roomy. Full size washer and dryer. Master bedroom away from other bedrooms. New living room furniture. Large balcony with plenty of seating. Right off elevator. Could use updated pots, pans and knives. Overall, nice place and would stay again!

Loved the layout of the condo. Great view and loved the table on the deck so we could eat outside. The beach was so convenient and appreciated the chairs & umbrella. The amenities were so nice too. We took our son & his family and we had a near perfect vacation. Loved the ease of check in too. Can’t wait to return.

The unit was clean, but the building was not. The unit is very nice. Beds very comfortable. Also, the pool area with hot tub and BBQ grills is better than other condos we’ve stayed at. The only negative to me is the condo building to the west cuts off the view down the beach while the curvature of the Palacio itself reduces the view to the east. We’d stay there again.

We were very excited when we got there. Condo had amazing views, loved the huge balcony, the pools, the beach....however we had numerous issues with the condo. The beautiful master bath was pretty much useless. There was hot water MAYBE 3 times and it didn’t last long. We tried to use the whirlpool tub, could only fill it a quarter of the way until the water got cold. I took tons of cold showers. The toilet handle broke, the blow dryer would almost catch on fire as soon as you turned it on. We also had issues in the kitchen. 2 burners in the stove wouldn’t work, which made it a challenge to try and cook a dinner for 7 people. One time the burner sparked and blew a circuit and scared me half to death. Even after my husband fixed it, and then the maintenance guy came and fixed it, they still went out. Our microwave went out while we were using it and it also blew a fuse. We tried to flip the breaker back and it wouldn’t go. It just kept flipping back. My husband and the maintenance man both agreed it was a bad circuit and it needed to be switched out. We were told an electrician would be there probably in an hour and a half and he’d pop it in. We didn’t hear anything for 2 days. When I went down to the office I was told “the electrician was there and couldn’t duplicate the problem.” I was furious because 1.) We didn’t want anyone in the condo if we weren’t there and we had told them that, and 2.) The microwave and switch was still broken, so what were they talking about?! We spent a good amount of time complaining, waiting for maintenance, etc. which we should have been spending enjoying our vacation.
We were also told we would have 2 complimentary beach chairs every day. We had them only 4 out of 9 days. Although we told them how long we would be there, there was some type of mistake and we didn’t have a reserved spot the last few days. We just sat in the sand. For the amount of money we spent we expected a lot more. All we were offered for all the aggravation was a $15 credit for each day the microwave was out. We have NEVER written a bad review for anywhere we have stayed through VRBO, but we don’t want someone else to spend thousands of dollars and be as disappointed as we were. They need to do some serious maintenance before they rent that unit again.

The location was amazing with spectacular views. We also loved having reserved beach spots every day. Unfortunately upon arrival we found half of an eaten hamburger in one room. We were also only given one garbage bag even though it was a four night minimum stay. Highly recommend providing at least two or three. The internet was unreliable. It took two days for us to be put on another network that wasn’t as frustrating as the first network but still experienced outages. We did enjoy our stay though!
