Located in Ono Island, this lovely condo for $348 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. *Please see "PLEASE NOTE" section of following description for IMPORTANT information about the property* Need a Gulf Coast Getaway? Make a week of it at Molokai Villas 7A! A bay front, second floor unit with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths! The 3rd floor bedroom is unique to all other Molokai Villas available with the windows in the loft giving full 360-degree views of the bay and beach in each direction. The over-sized private balcony on the 2nd story provides unobstructed and expansive views of both sunrise and sunset. The kitchen boasts all the appliances, utensils, and cookware needed to make you feel at home, including a full-size fridge, oven, dishwasher, and washer/dryer units. The dining room table and breakfast bar offer seating for 8, along with additional outdoor seating for 4 on the balcony's over sized pub-height table and chairs. Flat screen TVs with upgraded free WiFi access is available for entertainment when you need a cozy and relaxing night in. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite full size shower, flat-screen TV and double doors that open onto the expansive balcony. The guest bedroom also has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and the 2nd bathroom has a full-size shower and tub with all the amenities needed. The loft is accessed via a spiral staircase, hosting 2 twin beds, a large flat-screen and 360-degree panoramic views. A queen sofa sleeper with a 5-inch memory foam mattress can be found in the living room. The balcony overlooks our private sandy beach & Old River, part of the Perdido Bay system, and is just steps away from the private pier, reconstructed, and updated in March 2022. The pier provides a variety of activities from fishing and crabbing, boat watching and water sports, to bird watching and dolphins playing. Included in your reservation is first come first serve boat dock facilities (no trailer parking), reserved parking space, community pool, bay side beach, all literally just a few steps away from your unit. Since our complex spans beach to bay, you have the best of both worlds. Direct access to the newly completed 8-foot-wide concrete multi-use pathway is located right at our driveway entrance. Various amenities are all within walking/biking distance including beachwear (0.1 mi) & convenience stores (0.3), beach side dining (0.2 mi) and the legendary Florabama (exactly 1 mile) along the new pathway. This one-of-a-kind property offers plenty of privacy, as it is a low-density, family friendly destination with only a handful of properties on each side. Don't delay, book your stay today! PLEASE NOTE: Please note: Molokai Villas is undergoing an exterior restoration project beginning on March 18th, 2024. An exact schedule on anticipated end date is not available at this time. Based on nature of work it may be around May 2024, schedule permitting and not guaranteed. This is a Great and tranquil spot, beautiful view of the bay and a short walk to the beach. The pool lights did not work for the whole week we were there other than that we had a great time

This was our first trip to Perdido Key and it was amazing. The river out back was beautiful and we caught some nice size trout from the dock. The dolphins came through every morning and evening. The beach is across the street and while it is a short walk it can take a while to be able cross because of the heavy traffic. The condo itself could use some maintenance - broken cabinet door and the rug in the living room will trip you up but other than that the place was very clean and cute - the views from the top floor bedroom were amazing! We went to many places for dinner and lunch and The Fisheans Corner was hands down the best place that we ate at and we went back twice. Johnsons beach is well worth the entry fee and the Blue Angels were flying over as we relaxed in the sugar white sand. We will definitely return in the future!

Okay option
The unit is an okay option when you need a little more room and don’t mind a longer walk to beach. View of the bay was so so. Balcony has no cover and way too hot to enjoy on a nice day. I was very disappointed with cleanliness of dishes. There were multiple utensils that were not clean and several bowls with visible food. Yuck. Plenty of linens and good washer/dryer was a plus. Beds were all comfortable.

The location is great - just a short walk across the street to the beach. The condo had everything in it that we needed for a week stay and plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 kids. The kids loved the loft! The deck is perfect for sunrise and sunset and very peaceful overlooking the water with plenty of seating. Beds are super comfy! The fishing piers were destroyed in the hurricane so they are not accessible (or existent in some cases) for fishing and the area is blocked off so it wasn't good for crabbing but otherwise everything was perfect! We can't wait to come back!

Spring Break 2021
I loved the location of this property. It had the best of all worlds...deck off the back to watch dolphins, a pool steps away, and the beach a short walk across the street. The beach was not crowded because there weren't very many big condos around, which was nice! Everything about our stay was excellent. I would totally recommend this property!

Nice Stay
We were very pleased with the accommodations with the exception of finding out there was no dock. There is no reference to not having a dock and no one mentioned it in our communications. We were planning to fish the entire week off the dock and were very disappointed. I think it would be worthwhile to temporarily change the picture and let families know in case they are planning that as part of their trip.

We had three adults and three kids and were all comfortable. The place was perfectly clean. Sitting on the deck was the best way to start the day. I can't wait to visit again.

Even though our stay was on the COLDEST week through out the country, we enjoyed our stay. The pictures are exactly what our place looked like. Would definitely stay there again.
The only complaint I have is that there is not a full length mirror anywhere.

Beautiful view of Ono Island
The house was super cute and exactly what we needed for this particular trip. The location was great and the view of the Old River and Ono Island was spectacular! The house has 2 kind beds and a loft with two twin beds, it’s a good size for 3 adults. There were some random things around the property that needed some maintenance attention. We spoke with the property management company, specifically the manager, who was very helpful and attentive. Overall, we had a good stay and would stay here again.

While there, we took a direct hit from Hurricane Sally (that's the last time this small town girl listens to the locals when they say it won't get bad). The condo we were staying in received quite a bit of damage. Due to the damage, our stay was cut short and the owners refunded 100% of the days we were no longer there. I was highly impressed with the amount of communication between us and the property managers. They were very helpful each time we called. This is a beautiful condo and a great location. I will definitely stay here again should we ever return to the area.

Amazing Family Vacation
This place could not have been more perfect for my families summer vacation in Perdido Key! Being so close to the beach but also to the pool and the bay was incredible. We saw dolphins all but 1 day we were staying. We highly recommend and would stay again if we come back to visit again. Thanks!

Relaxing
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Looking over the balcony, seeing all different types of bird, people boating or fishing and dolphins swim in the cove was very peaceful and relaxing. Thank you!

Late short vacation
Great property. We had a souvenir shop, food, gas station and if we wanted to go to a bar there was one close by as well. Florabama is just down the road for food and music. The beach shop was also down the road for souvenirs. Nice and quiet. Very clean.

Loft upstairs worked perfect for our school aged kids. Pool was perfect right outside our door. Beach was close and accessible. Only slight downfall was the logistics of the master shower...trying to keep carpet dry as the shower is an add on from a previous closet. Might have been helpful to have salt n pepper packets. That’s the only thing we forgot at store.
