As you enter through the French doors on the first level you will find the family room with plenty of seating including a sleeper couch with a connected chaise, a bar that seats 3, and a 65-inch flat screen smart HDTV with peripherals. Connected by the bar, this open floor plan affords a coastal kitchen with gorgeous black granite countertops and a glass table that seats 4. There is a washer and dryer off the dining area. Flooring includes a beautiful neutral, faux wood LVP throughout the entire first floor and wall-to-wall carpet in the loft. The kitchen is complete with dishes and quality appliances for all your dining needs including an electric/induction range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, and blender. Down the hall is the guest room with a full bath across the hall. In addition to the queen pillow-top mattress, this room features a 32-inch smart TV and a large closet. The master bedroom and bathroom, located at the end of the hall, is nicely decorated with a distressed cottage style bedroom set and includes a king pillow-top mattress, 42-inch TV, closet and a tub/shower combo. A Jacob's ladder off the kitchen provides access to the loft on the 3rd level. The loft is used as a third bedroom and has a picturesque window with a stunning beach view!
