Nestled in Okaloosa Island, this attractive condo for $668 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Azure 514 Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to a large balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has ceramic tile floors in the living room and dining area. Other features of this upscale and contemporary-style vacation rental unit include granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, cooktop stove, oven, microwave, a Keurig® coffee maker, and dishwasher. Not to mention, all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The master bath includes a double sink vanity and a Jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players. This unit features wireless internet service. Things to know: Beach service included March - October Pool bands are provided! The number of bands provided corresponds to the occupancy of the rental. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 5. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This place is spacious with the best beach front view. Plus many useful amendities in Azure property. We enhoyed the stay there. The management team and staff working there are really nice and polite.

As always I like Azure. The location is great, I like the pools and beach access. Overall it was a great vacation but there were some hiccups. The room was very clean and the outside furniture was great, however the furniture inside including the beds are very old and makes noises sitting and getting up. The dryer took hours to dry anything and looked very old. First full day at the beach (Sunday) was not great with beach service. The main chair guy, Stu was extremely rude which made me not want to deal with him at all. Luckily his helpers were very nice so everything worked out.

This was a great place to stay. Everything was perfect from the layout, to the beach view, to the beach service. We had 3 couples that stayed and it was awesome, had a great time on the beach and in the room playing games at the dining room table. I don’t think we had one bad thing to say about the condo.

The Condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and the balcony had great views of the ocean and looked out over the pool. We had an issue with the electric in the kitchen and a shower head in the hall bath we reported it and it was fixed the same day. We should have reported the shower head in the master shower because it hardly puts out any water! The kitchen is not stocked (like they say) with everything you need to cook a meal. We had to go buy large spoons and a spatula just so we could flip pancakes, hamburgers and stir a boiling pot. The condo complex also had so many rules that were not told to us prior to booking. Nothing could be left outside the front door (we got a note on the door) the pool deck was monitored every half hour, you can not keep a cup of any kind on the pool deck.

We really enjoyed our stay, as we always do at Azure! Everything was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! Only issues were the electric outlet on balcony didn’t work, and we had an issue with our entry door combination not working, but after notifying them they changed the combination and it worked great after that! We look forward to staying here again next year.

It was a great location! Beautiful 3 bedrooms all with separate bathrooms- which was great! They have a big family table, which was fun for games and dinner. The outside porch area is great we would sit early in the morning and late at night an enjoy the sound of the water. We watched dolphins swim on 3 of the days that we were there- so cool! Highly recommend!!! I would retire and live there if I could!

This unit is wonderfully located gulf front and within walking distance to great restaurants. However, the unit itself needs major updating. The rugs need destroyed and new or none at all would be best. The unit is decorated well, but needs cleaned. The property, Azure, is great and pools are clean!

The cons: The furniture, rugs and carpets through out this condo are very worn, dingy and tired. The sofa itself was actually so uncomfortable, that we just used the love seat and chair.
There were definite pros that’s why overall a 4 star, but the cons I feel are noteworthy without being overly critical.

The pros are: a spectacular facility, great pool, gorgeous Balcony view, great patio furniture… including dining table, high bar and lounge chair. So if you enjoy spending a lot of time on the balcony this was a definite pro to this condo. Also the beds were quite comfortable. The on site management was friendly and helpful, as well.
The cons: The furniture, rugs and carpets through out this condo are very worn, dingy and tired. The sofa itself was actually so uncomfortable, that we just used the love seat and chair.
There were definite pros that’s why overall a 4 star, but the cons I feel are noteworthy without being overly critical.

An almost perfect stay. The property was in good working order. The view was great and the beach was beautiful.
A few things to fix and this is a 5.0 stay. Get a new rug in the living area. Buy a new mattress for the king bed. Add a little love with fresh paint.

Very good stay
An almost perfect stay. The property was in good working order. The view was great and the beach was beautiful.
A few things to fix and this is a 5.0 stay. Get a new rug in the living area. Buy a new mattress for the king bed. Add a little love with fresh paint.

We had our family stay for a quick getaway and pulled our jet skis. We did have to park our trailer in the lot next to the complex but it was no problem. Condo was clean and spacious. Complex was nice.

Large ocean front condo
This a very spacious condo on 5th floor. I love the space and having the three bedrooms and three baths. Also it has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer which is awesome. The kitchen has most everything you need. The drawers could use some new liners in them. It’s a great condo for company and provides space and privacy. The large balcony is wonderful for sunrise and sunsets and just sitting and viewing the ocean. The location of the condo is great. Stewby’s is a nice seafood restaurant just across the street as well as an ice cream shop. It’s also very walkable to the Boardwalk and other nearby attractions. The pools are beautiful. It’s nice to have water aerobics and yoga available and I like you can receive mail in the office.
My biggest con is the carpet in the bedrooms and the 5x7 rug in the living room under the coffee table. The rug in the master bedroom is filthy and disgusting. The same for the rug in the living room. All need to be replaced. One of the bedrooms had a musty smell and could be from the carpet. The recliner in the living room is soiled and I didn’t even want to sit in it.
If the carpet was replaced with tile and the rug removed in the living room and the recliner removed and maybe new couch as it was very uncomfortable and made a noise every time you sat in it I’d give the place 5 stars.

The management team was exceptionally attentive to our needs. The shower rack in the master bath broke and they were on the ball with it.

We had an absolutely awesome time and this unit 514 at Azure is so spacious, wonderfully setup and best location on the beach in Fort Walton Beach. For this was our 3rd time staying here and will definitely be coming back next year.
